I needed a Level 3 qualification…
I needed a Level 3 qualification quickly, so I enrolled in the fast-track option with this college. I received my e-certificate just three and a half months after purchasing the course.
Qurat Ul-Ain provided feedback on my assignments very quickly and accurately, always responded to my emails within three days, and guided me throughout the course. When I experienced issues at the beginning, the Quality Assurance Manager, Jacqueline Taylor, was extremely helpful. She assisted me in switching to a different course that was better suited to my needs at no additional cost.
I paid £750 for this course and successfully achieved my Level 3 qualification. In my opinion, the money was well spent and completely worth it. I would recommend this college as a distance learning provider. It was the perfect solution for me as someone who cannot attend college in person and works full-time.

Refund problem
I am extremely disappointed with this college. They failed to refund my tuition fees, which forced me to file a legal claim against them. After a long legal process, the court issued a judgment in my favour, confirming that I was entitled to the refund.
Despite the judgment, the college has still not returned my money. More than 1.5 years have passed, and I am still waiting for my refund. During this difficult time, my father has been seriously ill and I urgently need the funds, yet the college continues to ignore the situation.
I expected a professional and responsible institution to respect the court’s decision and treat students fairly. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. I hope the college will finally do the right thing and return the money that is legally owed to me.
