Me and many more are still waiting refunds. The modus operandi of Mr Meserve is to sell tickets, not pay venue then cancel event and delay all refund as much as possible. Most judges are very inexperienced or with no proper training and qualifications. No magically his boyfriend is a judge. This company is a shame for the cat fancy and I don't understand how people can associate with it.

Steven is hardworking and dedicated to quality cat handling & showing them. Any ticket or venue issues, a problem with organizer in each country or city...its hard to liase & working out the process takes time.

My cat was taken to an LCWW show in Glasgow 2024. She was 5 months old and a fellow breeder had taken her with her cats.
My cat actually won the whole show but when I seen the videos of the way she was handled I was appalled and very angry and upset. At one point in the show he turns her upside down into a crowd full of people’s faces with children trying to reach out and touch her. His commentary even stated that the day before she was hanging of the rafters in the place as she was it has come to light so scared.
When I put a video of his handling up he tried to condescend me (not knowing she was my cat) and he claimed ehe was as making biscuits in the air.!!!yeah of course she was she was upside down in crowd full of strangers reaching out for something to grab for safety.
This is not the way to handle a young cat or any cat and if he has to use these tactics to get a reaction from the audience then he is obviously not doing his job properly. My cat will never return to a show after that experience and this is wholly due to LCWW and the lack of care for cats in their hands

I purchased tickets in January 2025 for an event scheduled for April 23-24 2025. On April 21, 2025 I received an email that the event had been cancelled and that I was offered either an exclusive pass or a refund. I opted for the latter, to which I received another email offering a VIP pass or refund. Again, I opted for a refund and was told I would receive a refund within 60 days and an email confirming the refund completion.

60+ days later, I had yet to receive anything. I emailed them July 2025 (no response, and twice in August 2025 so far (no response)). I commented on their Facebook, insisting that they respond to refund requests (especially after reading other frustrated customers' experience), to which they deleted my comments and subsequently blocked me.

Reading other folks' experiences with last-minute cancelled shows, lack of communication/customer service, no refunds, I am confident to state that this company and its founder, Steven Meserve, are a complete and total sham and scam. What an awful human being to prey on people who just want to enjoy what they like - cats, of all things!

I am currently looking into this legally and have submitted a report through my credit card company. I hope anyone interested in these ridiculous fake events reads the reviews online first. I'm sorry to the humans and cats that have to cross paths with this poor excuse of a company and founder.

I purchased tickets, the cat show got cancelled, they wouldn't refund me. I then looked on the internet and found out this is happening all over the place.

Postponed in January, venue moved from a convention centre to a pe hall within a student accommodation (not very nice for the cats, lucky they all pulled out)

Cancelled in July.

Im still waiting on a refund. £50 for the two tickets. Messages across multiple social media channels and still no refund.

He had time to go on the news and complain but no time to give refunds.

Cancelled a show with NO notice. No response to refund requests. Absolute disgrace

I purchased tickets for the Belfast show that was scheduled to take place at the ICC in Belfast in January 2025. I thought it was strange that I never received any tickets via email so had to chase this up. Cue shortly before event was scheduled to take place I received an email that the show was postponed until July 2025. Coming up to the event I checked on their website and there was a different venue advertised at Ulster University Sports Centre. The event unsurprisingly was subsequently cancelled. I am yet to hear back about refund for my 3 tickets despite me sending 3 emails questioning this. Read online about this group, don't give them your money. Avoid LCWW and Nothin Butt Cats arranged events at all costs.

Great man, great information! I have attended 2 shows in Perth Australia and enjoyed every minute! I met Steve both times and he was very happy to connect with everyone! I love his shirts and really feel he is a genuine person! I love his stories and his collection of cats! I just love him for the respect he has for cats! I have 2 cats myself, they are not show cats but have great personalitys! 100 percent support Steve!

Bought tickets for the belfast event in January only to turn up and find out it had been rescheduled with 0 communication only to have the event in june cancelled the day prior. No reply to emails about a refund. so im out £60 for 2 tickets and no sign of a refund.

Booked tickets for an event in Bristol as I absolutely love cats, and then not long afterwards they cancelled it. Was promised a refund, but they never did.

Avoid at all costs. Will never buy from them again.

Emailed ‘nothin but cats’ which now runs LCWW and S/A had send me chat gpt composed emails saying they’ve taken over LCWW and are not responsible for any tickets sold prior to June 10th- not sure how you can take over a business and just forget about any liabilities.

What happened the ticket money from all the people that paid?

I've been to 2 of their shows in the past. The first was the Bracknell Catstavaganza and then last year we attended one near Newbury. The downside of that was that the barn venue was very cold so we left a bit earlier than planned but we still had a great time. The events are what they say on the tin, a show where people judge cats and you can look at beautful kitties - the cats really were absolutely stunning. There we a few stalls selling cat toys and accessories. Nowhere to get food though. Nothing glamours, just lots of nice cats to meet. We enjoyed both the shows we went to.

Bought a weekend pass for myself and a friend for the Thornbury leisure centre event that was supposed to be on 5th & 6th April. This event was cancelled, I received an email on the 13th March telling me it was cancelled and that refunds will be given out automatically, and to check their refund policy online their website which states they have a 60 day refund policy. It’s now 31st July - well past the 60 days, and I still haven’t received a refund, even though they have sent me 2 emails after many complaints from myself saying that my refund is their top priority! That’s hilarious. Now people like myself, or people who spent even more than my £60 on these events, have to put up with being called trolls and trouble makers by these events organisers, even though all we want is our money back, but even more than that, we just wanted to go to a cat show. I emailed Thornbury Leisure centre who told me the event was initially booked by LCWW but after trying to contact the organisers on numerous occasions, never received a deposit or payment for the booking, and eventually was told by a customer of theirs that the event had been cancelled officially by LCWW through one of their Facebook posts. Pretty poor of LCWW to claim it’s a targeted hate campaign when they are treating their customers so dreadfully.

I brought tickets for London Catstravaganza at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on the 21st of March 2025.
The event was cancelled and I paid £90 for 2 adult tickets and I requested a full refund which they responded this would take 60 days. It has been 129 days since previously mentioned it would take 60 days to refund my £90.. LCWW has not responded to my emails since May. My bank are unable to help be because it is over 120days. Absolutely disheartened as I was a loyal lover of these events!

Never again! After they cancelled the event, they never refunded. I had to go through my bank.

LCWW took payment, they didn't follow through with event, first rescheduling then ghosting, with their email delisted. No response to any form of contact.
