Fraudulent reviews, buyers beware!

Mr Steven Meserve of Loving Cats Worldwide has repeatedly posted on his Facebook page recruiting his fans to write reviews to raise his score on Trustpilot and other sites.
Mr Steven Meserve requests are not fair, neutral and unbiased
This abuse and misuse of power to influence reveiws is alarming and must cease!

Now many of the reviews on Trustpilot are from fans that have never physically paid for and/or attended any Loving Cats WorldWide events/shows.

As LCWWgroup.com has not hosted any events/shows in Australia, these reviews are all misleading and Irrelevant; abet fraudulent!
Mr Merserve was a guest judge in 2024 of the Australian Cat Allience Inc - ancats.com.au
Ancats deemed it necessary to issue a statement on their Fb page: /australiannationalcats/ regarding LCWWgroup.com and Steven Meserve.

I have already reported this to Trustpilot's Content Integrity Team waiting their review process. i urge others if they feel the same to also directly submit evidence of misuse or abuse.

I have met Mr Steven Meserve; I entered a show, he judged my cat and we briefly chatted after.
He seemed nice; very genuine but later i felt harassed by Mr Meserve and also by his mother, Mrs Mary Meserve as they kept contacting me for 'sponsorship' (money). This was so rude and made me very uncomfortable.
Be prepared as this could happen to you too!

Just because this review is negative, that doesn’t mean it’s defamatory.
Do not attempt to have this review removed as I have the evidence of these allegations.

My 12 year old daughter was really looking forward to her first cat show. Then they changed the event date and then cancelled at the last minute. Very aggressive and rude response to refund requests. Just read the responses to the poor reviews here to see the type of people running this! Appalling.

You’ve clearly not read my review and just copied and pasted this passive aggressive rude generic response.

I did not state that I never received any information about the cancellation of the show, just that it was such short notice when I did receive notification (less than 5 days).

No I have still not received a refund but have asked my bank to process this for me instead.

Unfortunately I’m one of those who never received my refund. They kept answering my refund requests with their refund policy that kept changing. I hope justice is swift and those responsible get what they deserve and the company gets shut down.

Although I’ve never been able to attend a LCWW event (due to being in a country where they haven’t toured yet). I was fortunate to attend a show where Steven was the primary Judge and host and it was truely the funnest day ever. I could tell the show followed a similar format to LCWW as I’ve watched the shows on TikTok. Steven is a very warm, funny, kind and charismatic person. I love that he wears a mic so feedback is well heard and his commentary about the cats is endearingly cute and witty. He also provides fun facts about different breeds. There are no boring moments and the crowd was always smiling. He is gentle with all the cats and provides diplomatic feedback (I have attended other shows where the judges don’t say anything). I also love how much he adores moggie entries and doesn’t hesitate to give them the big ribbons they deserve.

Although I was new to breeding my mentor was also there who has been breeding and showing for over 20 years and she said it was one of the funnest shows (if not the funnest show) she has ever been to.

The show hosted a dinner afterwards which Steven attended and he took the time to speak to anyone who wanted to meet him.

Well planned friendly show. Kept updated all the way through to the catalogue coming out. As a first time showing my cat with Lcww it was an excellent day 👌 friendly judges. My cat is timid and she was in good hands would definitely attend again.

I love LCWW shows! The judges talk about each cat and show you what they are judging. So much fun and great atmosphere with lots of spectators and very upbeat personnel. Love Steve Meserve's dynamic personality! Keep up the good work!

SCAM!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

What event is everyone reviewing for today ? London was only one planned start time 3pm, I wanted to go to today as it's my 50th birthday but it was cancelled.... please don't tell me it was on and I've missed it ?

I have shown my Norwegian Forest Cats twice in UK shows with LCWW, and never, NEVER have I come across any of the speculation and accusations that the 1* reviewers have left. My cats are my babies, my family and I would NEVER put them somewhere that was cruel or in any way harmful.
I was going to leave 4* because I had to wait a bit of their certificates, but after seeing some of the fake 1* reviews left by people jumping on the band wagon on hate? I upped it to 5. I'm so disappointed that others are choosing to fill this situation with hate.
I've always had an excellent experience with LCWW and the judges have been excellent. Stephen has attended both of our shows and is very knowledgeable talking over the breeds, are is his colleagues.
I speak of LCWW as a celebration of cats, all cats. We have pedigrees, but that doesn't matter to Stephen or his team. You can tell they love what they do and discussing cats with the crowds is joyful to watch.
I'll be attending our next local show later this year, and I hope that the love and celebration for cats prevails!!

I’ve been to one show and honestly would not go to another. I was not comfortable with the way the cats were handled. They were held above heads, twisted around like a toy and paraded around for entertainment. I have been to various other cat show organisations of various formats and have never witnessed anyone else treating the animals like this! Speaking to a few of the vendors, the prices they had to pay for a pitch were outrageous! Going into the triple digits! Overall the event felt uncomfortable and was absolutely promising more than it delivered.

LCWW cat shows are educational, fun and very welcoming to all breeders & non breeders alike. Our guests are always happy they've come to the shows. It's a win win for all. Most importantly the cats.😽

Great show, highly recommended!

A wonderful organization educating the public about cats that helps support many local rescues. A joy to follow online and fun to visit in person. Don’t hold recent scheduling issues against them. This is just a blip. Overall a great group of people!!!

My husband, Stephen and I are active members of the CFA and recently participated in an LCWW show in Philly to see if we can get ideas to help our own club grow. We both had an amazing experience with Steven and all of the staff at the show. Steven was extremely welcoming and supportive of us and offered excellent advice on how we could improve our social media presence in our own club. Stephen and I have nothing, but respect for Steven M. and will gladly work with him again. We really enjoyed his show and can't wait to participate and encourage others to participate in the next North East, USA show. As a member of the CFA, I support LCWW and Steven M just as much as I know by our conversation that Steven supports the CFA. Although, we are totally separate clubs, we have one passion in mind...OUR MUTUAL LOVE FOR ALL CATS! We wish Steven and LCWW much success now and in the future! There are always unforeseen challenges that come up that may cause an unexpected cancellation of a show, if that happens, the CFA will offer a discounted admission for those who purchased tickets to a cancelled LCWW show. Just mention it at the door and we will gladly welcome you to join us at a discounted rate to see hundreds of amazing cats/kittens! Steven Meserve is remarkable. His vast knowledge of cats is superior to others. He is kind and gentle with cats in a strange environment for them. He came to Perth, Western Australia 🇦🇺 last year and will be again this year. Very much appreciated, thank you so much, Steven.

Had a wonderful time at the show in Perth Western Australia after following Steven on Instagram for many months. The show was great and we are looking forward to attending the next show in May. How ridiculous for people to suggest that others are being paid to leave reviews. Obviously that's not the case.... we just had a great time and leaving an honest review.
