I am very angry of this service! They already third time cancelled my order without any good reason. I didn't get any letter from his notice last time. it's a very slow service, they answer to the letter during 3-4 days, it's awful.

I received a package from the LeaderPrice online store with just 10 coffee pods in for my Nespresso Coffee Machine. The packaging to say the least was excessive. I large box which contained a smaller box which contained the box of capsules. I contacted LP Customer Service and on 25 Jan 2022 I received a very bland reply which tells me that their supplier packed the item in all this packaging to ensure protection. You were sending coffee pods, not parts for the Space Shuttle! This amount of packaging is irresponsible and as to excuse of it was to ensure protection for a very small box is the ultimate brush off. Other online retailers manage to pack things without the excessive amount that Leader Price suppliers have used. Indeed I received 2 other such items that I ordered at the same time and both were appropriately packed. At a time when such resources becoming short in supply perhaps a more eco friendly approach might be better. It will certainly make me shop elsewhere in future online as clearly your response is breath-taking in the current climate. If nothing else the amount of money you are spending on unnecessary packaging surely is of concern for your company?
