Buyer Beware
I placed an order on Friday 8th August. After tracking package which only showed a dispatch date of 11th with 48hr delivery so contacted Laura on 14th August. Asked to wait until 15th to see if turned up before contacting again.
Contacted twice on 15th advising items had not been received. I have received no response to request for a refund.
Buyer beware as you may never receive your order and may need to contact credit card company to retrieve a refund.

Dear Gale, as stated on the 14th if it didn’t arrive by the Friday I would happily resend or refund. Unfortunately yesterday (15th) I was travelling to a trade show and when I arrived I’ve had no signal until WiFi was turned on this morning, therefore I have only just been able respond to your email of yesterday pm. I have responded this morning before seeing this and offered a resend on a special delivery or refund as stated I would! I can only apologise and was certainly not ignoring you just let down by modern technology while sat in a field in middle of Wales!

A bit rubbish
A bit rubbish. Took order for items at the beginning of the week. Cancelled and refunded payment at the end of the week. No communication, no apology for wasting time.
Please get your stock levels and website more up to date…I’m guessing this was the problem but would be nice to have heard from you!!

My order was shipped very quickly by Laura. I ordered two ruffwear car harness's and a back seat cover. The car harness unfortunately squashed the fur to much om my show cocker when it was fitted so had to be returned, however I would not hesitate in recommending the harnesses you could see the quality in them. I returned the order and Laura did not hesitate in refunding. Excellent customer service, thank you.
