Unable to get service for our Leaf Stairlift. Unable to use because seat will not lock in place. Have called four times and received a promise that someone would call for a date and time for service. Have heard nothing back. Very unhappy!

Representative was through with details of product. Installer was efficient and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Just got chair. Too soon to evaluate. Ride is bumpier than expected.

The installation went well no problems with that. The salesmen was friendly and explained the product thoroughly. Communication with the installation could be better, we had to call the company to find the install date. I would highly recommend them, the product is superior and the installation went very well.

Lindell was extremely professional in his approach with our stairlift installation. He would always address me as ‘yes sir’ when I asked a question. You can tell he takes pride in his workmanship! Excellent asset to your organization!!

The installers and repair people were prompt and skilled. We like the peace of mind that lifetime warranty/ repair is included . No monthly maintenance fee. I am changing rating to a 3 star. Lift has not worked properly for more than 2 consecutive stair trips. Have had to use emergency measures. First repair was prompt but didn’t last and have spent over a week trying to get repair person out. Still waiting. I think we have a lemon

We thought it was going to be a great expierence. our salesman was wonderful. The install took a little longer than we thought but in the end we were happy. It was after we had used it for about a month is when we really were and are very DISSATISFIED. We have been trying for over a month now to try to get someone to come out and service the lift. Now the lift stops on the second stair from the landing upstairs and the part that was manufactured by the installer is pitching me forward a lot more than it did when I tested it. we called the salesman first, then called the local office twice in 2 weeks left messages both times and heard nothing back from anyone. Finally last thursdayJan 23rd we called the home office in Ohio and talked to someone.We still have not hard anything from anyone. So that is the reason for the one star review. Doesn't matter how good the salesman was or how good or bad he install was if you can't get service when something goes wrong.

Follow-up service non existent. Very disappointing customer service.

Professional, quick and explained the operation of the chair completely!

I had a problem getting anyone to contact me after I called the main office and put in a report that the chair battery was dead. It took 3 calls to get a response.
When I finally did get a gentleman to answer my call, he was great and helped me set up an appt. (that same day) to get someone out to my house to fix my problem. The repair person was also genuinely nice and gave my chair a full inspection to be sure that was only problem. So grateful to those 2 gentlemen.

One of my chairs was making a strange clicking so I called in a work order. They sent someone out and they said there wasn't much could be done, it was just a clicking the chair was fine. I also found out that day that after 1 year I would be charged a service charge and other things I was not aware of. I had asked the salesman directly about this when I bought the chairs and was told I would never pay a service charge. He told me that's the reason were higher than most companies, there no hidden fees later.
My Year would be up in two months and I wanted the chair repaired before that date so that I wasn't stuck with a charge after words . After speaking to the right person or persons, The technician came back and called the warranty company who is replacing the chair. I am happy with the work and service group but still upset with the salesman

The stair lift was quickly and efficiently installed and it is working brilliantly.

We are very happy with our chairlift. The installation was very timely after the purchase and we really were happy using it to get boxes of Christmas decorations up and down from the basement. Then it stopped at the bottom of the stairs. We were disappointed but gladly not for long as Malique, our wonderful installer retuned via a service call and replaced the whole control unit. We felt well served and we used it today.

Julian who installed the chair was excellent. After he was done installing he explained everything to me and had me go down the chair. It’s a quality product and I’m very happy with it.
