We have been doing business with LEAF since 2013. There is no delay between the time you make your request until they approve and start the paperwork. I usually have the docs to sign within 24 hrs of them receiving the PO.

Leaf commercial is the best in terms of customer support

Alex Percy has become a familiar representative from Leaf and I’m old school and value relationships. He works hard to get us great deals and checks in with me through the year to see if we have needs. I hear from many non-bank loan/leasing companies and none match the level of service and affordable rates like Leaf. I’d recommend them.

Easy process with minimal paper work and time investment needed.

We got a phone system from Blink with a multi-year contract. They used Leaf. The monthly payments are the agreed to amount. First they put a lien on our property. Why? We have 4 phones and a controller box. Okay. Now, I'm seeing that they are paying a property tax. They are charging us sales tax for paying this property tax. I called to inquire. No help so I asked for a supervisor. She put me on hold then hung up.
I did get a callback from a supervisor Leaf. She profusely apologized for the call hang up. They removed the lien acknowledging that the amount of the loan should not have had a lien. She also more clearly explained that the extra charge was an service amount for paying the tax to our town and not an additional tax on a tax.

I was purchasing a new piece of equipment around $250k.We already had financing approved through another lender. I had worked with John in the past and he called me. He asked to take a look at the financing and said he could save me money. He definitely did! He saved me $15k! Thank you ,John for the quick turnaround you and your team provided. I’ll definitely use leaf again!

Easy process, efficient

When I contacted Leaf to finance a new piece of equipment the staff was so helpful in getting it done for me. It was the simplest process I have ever gone through. We had financed with them in the past so they were able to get everything done quickly. I would highly recommend them.

Staff very helpful and informative. Very friendly also.

Eric made our experience very smooth. He kept us informed during the entire process and was understanding when our schedules were too busy to get back to him right away. We will definitely use LEAF again in the future.
