I really enjoyed this Six Sigma class. The content was super interesting and actually very useful for real work situations, not just theory.

John is an excellent trainer, really engaging, easy to follow, and he explains things in a way that just makes sense. He kept the sessions interactive and never boring, which made a big difference.

I liked how practical the course was and how we could immediately see how to apply the tools and methods in the workplace. I’m definitely looking forward to putting what we’ve learned into practice.

I’d highly recommend John to any business looking to upskill their teams.

Anita Stalin was great, really helpful and had some fantastic examples which made understanding easier. Also loved the notetaking and diagrams. It was a full on week and the statistics were difficult for me, but thoroughly enjoyed the week. Thank you Anita!

The online course was good - the videos were of a good quality and the tutor was very knowledgeable, experienced and engaging and explained the concepts very well. The coursework helped give practical examples. However, once the course was completed my account was inactivated even though I had access until March 2025. It was fortunate that I downloaded all of the PDFs of the presentations but I would expect my access to continue until its end date. Moreover, when I emailed the company asking for my account to be re-activated, they ignored my email.

PS: thank you for your response, my access to the course has been reactivated and extended by a month. Thank you so much for your help.
