I am STILL fighting to get my deposit back after 3 months. They are claiming they mailed another check weeks ago but if they did it has not arrived. They also have repeatedly changed what they are withholding the funds for, citing different “damages” every time they answer. The charges they are now claiming were never on the original invoice. I would never recommend renting or working with Texas Prime Real Estate.
