All in all the process of renewing my lease was a seamless process.

I was new to the whole lease a car experience, so I was unsure of where to start and how everything worked. I got in contact with Lease Your New Car, as they are a local firm, to see what they could offer.

Scott got in contact with me to explain exactly how leasing works, and in layman terms, which really helped! There was no technical lingo or sale pitches on the call, it was simply to explain how it worked as that is all I asked for and at no point during the process did I feel pressured to commit to anything.

I put together the car I was looking for and Scott worked tirelessly to find the best deal for me, with the budget set. He was available pretty much 24/7 as he was emailing me 7,8,9pm and at weekends to update me on the progress and the status of the delivery which, for a free service, goes above and beyond your general customer service!

Honestly, the team make you feel like you were their only customer, and I would happily recommend Lease Your New Car to anyone in a heartbeat! Scott was brilliant throughout the whole process and made it very easy for me to get exactly what I wanted!

Got my 2nd car through Michael in September. He was very helpful and patient while we decided which car to go for and managed to get us a great deal on Mercedes A Class which we are very happy with. Will definitely be returning for a 3rd time when this next lease is up.

Due to my company car being returned, I needed a fast turn around. Process only took 2 1/2 weeks (including New Year break and delays caused by finance company) from first contact to delivery; and the best price anywhere!

After giving Mike a brief for both our car's he came back with some ideas for us, we test drove those cars and finally made a choice, Volvo XC40 and Volvo S90 (have to add Mike got a much better price than the local dealer).
Throughout the process, Mike has been informing us every step of the way and advising us when and what to do, right up to the day of delivery and once the car was on the drive.

It has been a great experience and have already recommended Mike to all my friends, be prepared to be busier pal!
