Wrong clasp was sent. Everything smelled like mold. Shipping was 31,5 euros for small order. It wasn't even delivery to home but to parcel shop. For that amount of money this is un acceptable.

I found Skindhuset via internet and I have to say that I´m really happy and pleased with the service and the quality. I live in Stockholm and soon Im going to Köpenhamn to visit the store. My order arrived really fast and secure and the Communication with them was so easy :) Really really pleased. Thank you!!!

I LOVE THIS STORE!
I am SO HAPPY to have found this shop! I just moved to Sweden from the States and it's amazing to have such a great source!! I do various leather crafts and make plushes. When I go to København we are definitely stopping for a visit! Great prices, super fast shipping, and wonderful people. Just cannot say enough good things about Skindhuset. And I've told my fur-loving friends!

Problems solved with no fuss!
I used this online shop very recently. Everything was easy and according to plan until the package reception.
One of the dyes was leaking and the package was all painted inside, not soaking, but still all painted. Fortunately, the rest of the order was protected inside ziplock bags. Later, looking carefully, the dyes bottles seemed too big. So the second problem was the dyes were wrong. I needed other types of dyes by the same brand.
Obviously, i contacted the house to only report these issues. So their response was that a second package was on the go with the exact dyes i wanted. Nothing more, problem solved. I am planning to buy more from them.
