Peak costumer service
I switched to Lebara due to its student friendly prices. My sim card got lost in the mail and I contacted their customer service to get my issue sorted out.
I used the chat function and spoke to Magnus and Julie and they were so helpful!
Magnus sent a new SIM card to me and offered express delivery so I can receive it much faster. Then I asked if I could get an eSIM in the meantime and he agreed it.
Unfortunately, I didn’t receive my eSIM in my email and I got in touch with Julie instead. She was patient and stayed with me until I received a new email with the eSIM and further waited until I got it activated!
Overall, despite minor technical issues, the costumer service was excellent 👌🏼
