Leboncoin doesn't prioritize the user…
Leboncoin doesn't prioritize the user experience. The app involves adds that you're forced to see whilst preventing you from advertising your professional services without jumping through many hoops and paying them.
Payment is also needed when you want to lower the price of an item you are selling when there are more photos involved. Meaning that these small changes, even twice will add up as costs to the user.
I use alternatives when possible and avoid selling things just to avoid the hassle.

However, modifications are always free in the Fashion, Vacation, Multimedia, and Leisure categories, among others.

No protection against unauthorized resale of designs
I reported an item on Leboncoin that is clearly selling my original 3D design without permission.
I am the original designer and the model is published under my name on a public platform.
Despite providing clear information, Leboncoin support refused to take any action and stated that they found no violation of their rules. No meaningful explanation was given, and no real investigation seemed to be done.
As a creator, this is very frustrating. The platform offers no real protection for original designers and allows unauthorized resale of digital designs.
Disappointing experience and poor support for creators.

What a waste of time
Bought a guitar...seller never answered messages...listed as delivery available, so bought it ....seller couldn't be bothered to pack and send it...so transaction was cancelled by leboncoin. Utter waste of time ...If sellers don't want to send items why say delivery possible???

Getting far away from the initial spirit
I used to visit this site a lot and made good deals on it.
Yesterday I was back on the site from a long break of using it and I was very disappointed.
The UI is getting more and more complex; obscure, bugged. Doing a simple search of an object on a low distance is now a challenge.
Moreover the site content has been overloaded by different type of content: adverstizement, payment methods, delivery providers all over the country.
We are far far away from the initial spirit which was to reuse locally. This is not a good news as it can increase back a market on low-prices, but newly manufactured, products.
