Zeer slechte ervaring met Le Coq Wielerartikelen

Zeer slechte ervaring met Le Coq Wielerartikelen.

Ik bestelde op 07/06/2026 via een platform twee artikelen die door Le Coq Wielerartikelen werden afgehandeld. Van deze twee artikelen werd slechts één artikel geleverd. Het tweede artikel heb ik nooit ontvangen.

Toen ik navraag deed, kreeg ik te horen dat GLS extra informatie zou hebben gevraagd via e-mail en dat het pakket daarom retour werd gestuurd. Ik heb echter nooit enige communicatie of vraag van GLS ontvangen.

Op 06/07/2026 heb ik een terugbetaling gevraagd voor het niet-geleverde artikel. Die terugbetaling werd geweigerd met als argument dat de termijn van 14 dagen verstreken zou zijn. Dat vind ik onaanvaardbaar, omdat het artikel nooit geleverd werd. De discussie gaat dus niet over een gewone retour, maar over een bestelling die niet volledig is uitgevoerd.

Ik verwacht in zo’n situatie een correcte terugbetaling via het oorspronkelijke betaalmiddel, geen waardebon of doorschuiven van verantwoordelijkheid.

Voor mij is dit een zeer teleurstellende ervaring. Ik zal in de toekomst vermijden om nog iets te bestellen dat door Le Coq Wielerartikelen wordt afgehandeld.

Hier een pro user bike lift gekocht…

Hier een pro user bike lift gekocht maar twijfelde of deze op mijn auto zou werken.
Aangezien het niet zo ver rijden is besloot ik hem een mail te sturen met de vraag of hij getest kon worden op mijn auto. Was niet de normale gang van zaken maar kon toch langskomen. Getest en gekocht voor een goede prijs. Bedankt Sven.
