I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Led & Collared was exceptional from start to finish.

I ordered a couple of gate signs and was really impressed by Lorna's level of service. From the very first pre-purchase conversation through the ordering process, delivery updates, and right down to how the signs were carefully wrapped and packaged, every detail was thoughtfully handled.

The communication was outstanding throughout. I always knew exactly where my order was, and it was clear that Lorna genuinely cares about both her products and her customers.

As someone who works in marketing and business, I pay close attention to customer experience, and this was one of the best examples I've seen. The attention to detail, professionalism, and personal touch made the entire process a pleasure.

Love the Bio Thane Classic collar and matching lead with the slide-on scrag tag. Amazing quality and absolutely perfect for what we needed. Super light, durable and really easy to clean. Great for dogs who love swimming and getting dirty. Beautiful products and colours. Led and Collared team have incredible customer service and are easy to deal with - will highly recommend you to others.

I bought a collar and lead set for my German Shepherd, and I’m genuinely blown away by the quality and durability even after 3 years of using it(after plenty of walks and strong pulls, it still works fine!) Led and Collared has exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for pet gear that’s stylish, tough, and thoughtfully designed, I’d highly recommend checking them out.

I am so impressed with the quality of the collars and leads! How lovely the owners are, and how quick their turnaround time is. I highly recommend buying from them as they have something for everyone, and I will certainly be buying more products in the future.

Great products and super friendly service.. our Bodhi loves going bush and finding muddy puddles so a biothane collar is super helpful and easy to keep clean...

Would recommend always , had no issues with any of the items I've ordered . My dog swims in his , rolls in dirt so easy to clean and had his first one for nearly 2 years still going strong . Love the quality of the products and well made

Absolutely love the quality of our collar and leash. So easy to clean, so well made and perfect colours we love. The leash is a great length and the poo bag holder works awesome.

Led & Collared products are extremely well made & Lorna is always happy to customise your order. My recent order was to replace a collar that broke - definitely NOT from Led & Collared. I would 100% recommend. I keep coming back, not because I need to replace worn out or broken gear but because a dog can never have too many collars or leads!!

The collars are cute and hard wearing - and the tags are very easy to read.
