What a con!

What a con! I wish I'd read the google reviews before ordering. I placed an order with express delivery for a gift. The order has never been dispatched, I contacted the mobile number listed online and the guy (I presume the owner) sent a text to say he didn't want to answer as he was in Paris and didn't want me to be charged for the call so I replied asking whether my order would be sent or if there was anyone else I could contact. He didn't bother replying, didn't answer any further calls and didn't respond to my voicemail. I also filled in the contact form online - nobody bothered responding to that either. I checked the website and the 2 "vintage" items I ordered are still listed for sale. I added one to the basket yesterday and got a nudge to complete my checkout today! So anybody could be ordering these one off items multiple times. Absolute sham. I'm reporting to trading standards too
