My experience there was ok

My experience there was ok. Just we paid we were told my dad would get an action plan and he never did. I called and receptionist made it seem like I was bothering them.

Paid for the test then paid for 30 mins with doctor.

My dad’s poorly so we had to pay another doctor for new tests and to suggest an action plan. Would not recommend them ever again to anyone. I recommended them to my dad and I ended up looking stupid .

Jane on Reception was amazing!

Jane on Reception was amazing! Super helpful and accommodating in helping me get a medical report for a visa. Very quick at responding and amazing communication at the clinic over email and phone. Dr Rashid was very friendly, kind and understanding since I am terrified of blood tests. Thanks all!

Misleading information on their website…

Misleading information on their website and trying to get a refund from them is next to impossible.

On their website, they tell you their PCR tests take 24 hours however, ONLY once you make the payment they send you an email indemnifying themselves and stating that tests can take up to 48 hrs! (misrepresentation/selling)

Unfortunately, this is not doable due to timeframe requirements by international flights around COVID-19 Covid-19 RT-PCR Test Fit to Fly Certificate testing requirements.

We contacted Leeds Clinic and requesting a refund and were happy with the £30 admin fee on the £110 payment for the test.

Unfortunately, due to clerical errors and them not being able to process the refund instead of trying to find a way to resolve the situation they decided to stop following through with us or try to resolve this in an honest way.

Recommendation for anyone getting anything from them - make sure to call them and get it in writing!
