Love my modern shaker style kitchen and my rating goes to Phoenix kitchen fitters. Steve and his daughter Phoenix were a pleasure to be around, they answered all my queries professionally and had amazing suggestions to enhance the look of my kitchen. Very professional company but friendly and approachable, nothing was too much bother. Workmanship of a very high standard, perfectionism being present in all they do. They laid a new floor, fitted the kitchen, fitted all appliances, and glass shelving and fitted some new doors. One very happy customer, highly recommend using Steve proprietor of Phoenix kitchens and bathrooms. Regards Julie&Mike

Where do we start? We visited Leekes in Llantrisant, where we met Peter Kennard or Pete as we called him. He designed our kitchen perfectly and led us with expertise through everything we needed and wanted.
Our kitchen fitters 'Dickie"(Richard) and Rhys (Gemini Kitchens) were absolutely fantastic from start to finish, very professional and would highly recommend them. We would definitely use these guys again.
The link between Dickie, Rhys and their own plumber and electrician were great, we knew who was coming and when they would be here.

Having Bev Berry impart her knowledge with us to maximise the quality, colour and design of the furniture, carpet, curtains, lamps and wallpaper that we are purchasing. Without her support we would not have chosen the perfect combination. It was clear that she has extensive experience in design, which helped us massively. We would highly recommend making an appointment with her to ensure you have the best buying and coordinated experience

Visited Leekes Melksham on the 09/03 and Katie at the tills went above and beyond to help us. I had a great experience thanks to Katie, she was extremely friendly, patient and knowledgeable. It’s rare to come across customer service that feels so genuine and attentive.

Bought two new sofas & a chair from Leekes after much searching. Julie Mills at Leekes was so helpful & attentive showing us many choices for sofa material. We were looking for a specific colour which Julie found for us.

I visited the Melksham branch this afternoon with my elderly parents to see if we could sort out their suitcase as the wheel wouldn’t work. They are in their 80’s so needed to be able to manoeuvre it properly and Katie at the tills was super helpful and understood our problem said she would give us a voucher but as it happens they are still travelling so picked out a new case and paid the difference. Katie was helpful and happy to sort this out.

Excellent customer service and advice from Rhian whilst looking for cane conservatory furniture. She was helpful, without being overbearing, and very patient. The furniture was of good, solid, quality and reasonably priced.

I visited Leekes Llantrisant to purchase a G plan settee.

I was served by Liam in the furniture department who was professional, polite and exceptionally helpful.
On top of the above, my purchase was price matched from another supplier.

Louise in the garden furniture department in Leekes Melksham could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. She talked my partner and me through the various makes, styles and costs but was not in the least bit pushy. She didn't overcrowd us whilst we discussed the various options. The net result was that we got exactly what we required plus some additional pieces of furniture that we hadn't considered before entering the store. It was a much more satisfactory experience than shopping on-line where it's difficult to determine the quality of the furniture. Thank you very much Louise.

We bought some new wardrobes from Leekes - good quality. We are new to the area and Jeremy the sales assistant encouraged us to take out a loyalty card. In so doing we managed to save £200! Thanks Jeremy!

It took me 30 years to congratulate Leeks management for transforming a leaking old shed to a prominent shopping centre.
Still a long way to go but definitely the operation is on the right track.
At least now you don’t have to use your umbrella indoors.

We can't thank Alex (Llantrisant store) for all the help he gave us when purchasing two sofas. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional in every way. He paid attention to our requirements, took the time to show us all the options and went the extra mile to ensure that our purchase was exactly what we wanted. At no stage did we feel pressured to make a decision, in fact the opposite was the case.
Alex is truly an asset to the store!

Went to look at riser recliner for my aging mother who is struggling to get up. No idea what we needed or what was available. Alex fixed all that. Amazing help and assistance from him. Had my mother in a couple of chairs until we Found the perfect one. We have bow had it delivered and it has made a huge difference to my mums mobility. all the advice Alex provided allowed exactly match my mums needs. First class service from Alex (and Leekes)

Recently visited leekes crosshands staff were very helpful and cheerful throughout the store also stopped in cafe for a spot of lunch and was beautiful the cafe staff very very friendly and accommodating will be back soon.

Great store, the modernisation programme they gone through makes the place light and airey, a really pleasant place to shop. We were looking for a sofa, fantastic range well displayed. Very helpful staff who are happy to let you browse. Alex who completed our purchase for us was excellent, very patient and helpful listened to what we wanted and guided us to our selection

Visited Leekes Melksham to look at bathroom designs. Excellent range and very well laid out but it was the personal attention and consideration of planning details from Stacey (Brothwell) that made us continue our design work and after 2 more visits, proceed with an order. Even when we dropped an unreasonable timeframe on her, she then worked with the manufacturer and delivery company to get what our fitter needed to meet his installation plan. Highly recommended!

We’re absolutely delighted with the work carried out by our kitchen fitters, Stephen Williams/Phoenix kitchens. From start to finish, his attention to detail was excellent and it really shows in the finished result. He took real care to make sure everything was fitted perfectly and finished to a high standard.

He also worked incredibly hard to get the job completed in a timely manner, which we really appreciated. The whole process felt organised, professional and stress-free.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled kitchen fitter. Thanks again for a fantastic job!
