It has been a pleasure to visit and shop at the Leekes,Cheltenham store recently. The staff are very courteous and helpful. We have purchased a wardrobe and ordered a second one due to the help and advice given us by the staff. I must pay a special thank you to Fahimeh, who patiently guided us through the ordering process and the 0%interest finance application.
We can also recommend the coffee and bacon rolloffer from the cafe! All in all a very pleasant shopping experience in this very hot weather!

Fantastic experience at leekes llantrisant branch. I was helped by Nicola in the home department who ordered me a rocking chair.
Was able to pick up the furniture next day which was fantastic!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing garden furniture from Leekes.

After placing my order, I received an email informing me that the colour I had originally selected was no longer available. I accepted this and chose an alternative colour, expecting to receive the same furniture design in a different colour.

When the furniture arrived, it was immediately obvious that the items delivered were not the furniture advertised or pictured on your website. I contacted customer services straight away, explaining that I had received the wrong product and stressing that this needed resolving urgently as I had purchased the furniture for a special birthday party I was hosting. I was assured the matter would be looked into as a priority.

Instead, I waited 11 days for a response. I was then told that Leekes had indeed made a mistake and that the furniture I had ordered was no longer available. To make matters worse, I was asked to take two very large boxes to a Post Office or return them to a store myself. This was an outrageous suggestion considering the error was entirely Leekes fault.

I refused and insisted the matter be escalated to a manager. The manager eventually agreed to arrange collection. However, I was then informed that the furniture shown on the website was actually a much more expensive range and had been mistakenly pictured against the cheaper item I had ordered. I was told that because it was an advertising error, I was not entitled to receive the furniture that had been advertised, despite that being the basis on which I made my purchase. Instead, I was offered a token discount, which I quite rightly refused.

This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating. I wasted weeks trying to resolve an issue that should never have happened, all while preparing for an important family celebration. The lack of urgency, poor communication, and complete failure to take responsibility have been unacceptable.

Having since read other reviews describing very similar experiences, it appears this is not an isolated incident but a recurring problem. Customers should be able to trust that the product pictured is the product they are buying.

Leekes after-sales service and customer care have been appalling from start to finish. I would not recommend purchasing from this company and certainly won’t be shopping with them again.

Always enjoy a visit to Leekes Melksham and restaurant is worth a visit and then you finish off being served by Jeremy who always has a smile and time for a chat which is lovely and doesn’t happen enough in other stores, well done Jeremy

This one is for staff who don't always get the recognition they deserve, specifically Mike, one of the delivery drivers who works out of the Pontyclun store. Made my life a hundred times easier by taking a little time and effort with his 'hi-hab'. Thanks Mike, really appreciated.

Bought a lovely garden furniture set from Leekes Crosshands, was really looking forward to it being delivered, we were told they had two new sets in stock. The delivery day came and the furniture was clearly the showroom furniture as it was all bubble wrapped and not boxed. Then the delivery guys proceeded to drop the table taking it off the van and damaged it beyond repair. We refused to take delivery of the rest and sent it back. No more available so had a refund. Wasted three weeks of my life waiting. I have been buying from Leekes for years but have to say standards have been dropping. Very poor, won't be buying here again lots of other companies out there.

Made an enquiry about some expensive garden furniture by email through the website and also called to HO Customer Service. Had to call 5 times over 3 days before I got an answer - that it had be discontinued and shouldn't have been on the website in the first place. No attempt to offer an alternative. Upgraded from 1* to 2* as I did eventually get a reply.

The staff in the Melksham store are superb! Everyone I’ve dealt with. Today was Jeremy and he was an absolute joy to chat with! We had a good laugh because I’d won a voucher and my husband had used my email address. He was so lovely with my 89 year old dad too. The other ladies behind the counter were just lovely and previous visits I’d dealt with Maria in the furniture side and loved her too. They’re great, friendly, polite, professional, helpful, will do anything they can to help. If there was a 10 star rating I’d give it!

Ripped off by LEEKES
Bought an ex display bookcase when it arrived it had been so badly packed that it was in pieces. Phoned the store manager Tom not available so left a message when he rang back it went to answer phone said he had Searched all the company stores and no one had one now that was a blatant lie because it took me 1 phone call to the Cheltenham store who said they had one and they were also available from stock.
So I rang the head office who said they would email Tom to contact me.
Well Tom you are a coward as over 24 hours later you have failed to contact me.
I could go on at length but can't be bothered.
So just 1 last point DELIVERY CHARGE at Leeks £109
Delivery charge at John Lewis £19.95.
So with rip off Delivery charges and pathetic customer service it's no wonder they are closing stores.
And yes I bought a bookcase from John Lewis and I am getting delivered for£19.95

We called into Leekes at the weekend and received very helpful customer service. Due to this we returned today and made a purchase. We were served by Fahimeh again which was lovely. She has excellent customer service skills, it was a pleasure to go there. Thank you.

Lovely food, pleasant staff, fine service. Steve made me and my grandparents very welcome every time we visited.

having previously had by bathroom turned into a shower room in 202 didn't hesitate in going back to Leekes again.

Have purchased furniture from Leekes in Crosshands on numerous occasions in the past. I’ve always found the company to be professional and very focused on what they do.
Today, I called at the store to enquire about a recliner chair, to replace the one I purchased from them around 4 years ago.
After so many tryouts, humming and harring about style, colour and cost, I was pleasantly dealt with by a more than patient Sales member called Andrew.
He had bags of patience and certainly needed it with me.
His friendly and professional outlook made for a happy shopping experience. A highly recommended service from Andrew and Leekes as a company. I will return!

Called in to Cheltenham Leekes store looking for small side tables for conservatory. We’re lucky enough to be served by Fahimeh Rezaeian, who was most helpful and charming. She arranged for our order to be sent to our local store in Melksham. Excellent customer service!

My daughter and I visited the Leekes Store in Crosshands a few weeks ago as I wanted to purchase a new rug for my living room. We were assisted in our search by Huw , a member of staff . He was very pleasant and extremely helpful . I was able to find a suitable rug and am delighted with the colour and quality . A great experience all round !
