After reading bad reviews was scared to use it but decided to give it a try . And was pleasantly surprised. Money transfers went with no problems and also i requested the funds to be sent to me today and they reached my account within few hours. Not sure what problems other people had and why ..but I definitely would use it again.

Just shocking! What awful service and such arrogant people on the phone.
I'm an event planner and had the misfortune of suggesting to my client to use Leetchi to collect money for her gift.
We have been dicked around for over a month now with Leetchi's arrogant staff telling my client she needs to send different papers and then passport info and then the reason why. Well she is still waiting for her 16K
I'm sick of hearing Leetchi telling me that it take 48hrs.
You are a customer related service with a I assume is a good reputation. I don't know if it's because I had to deal with the French office but this is really NOT acceptable.
My client is furious which I totally understand.

So here is a story, I decided to transfer money to card from leetchi poll and there starts the trouble first thing of all it takes them 24 hours to deny it asking me for picture of id (even tho it was provided and approved on their site already...) support takes more than 24 hours to replay to signle message and review process goes nowhere after 3 days, avoid at all cost

edit: a week now, still nothing and support started ignoring emails

I am having a bad experience with Leetchi so far.

We opened an account to gather money for a present to a friend and when I tried to use the money the site gives me an error message saying they are analysing my discount code and I can not retrieve the money.

This situation has gone on for a week now, and Leetchi is not even answering my tickets (#745749) or giving me a solution.

The worse experience ever with Leetchi.com, please don't use them and use another provider for your needs, I have opened an account to raise some money for a local environment contest for the cleanest village in my home county Algeria . when there was no interest from the getting support from people, I requested to cancel my pot and asked them for the money to be paid back to me or cancel the pot and send the money back to the senders instead, the nightmares start from then, they declined my request and asked me to send them more information about my case, I have sent an email of the 27/03/2019 and no replay from them whatsoever, I tried to call on the number given on their website and no answer either, you get redirected into a voicemail advising that they don't take calls anymore, I went to get an online phone call back appointment,I got one for the 1st of May! I am still waiting for my case to be resolved. but I am not happy at all the way they operate.

4 days ago I thought it would be a good idea to organize a collection for a friend for his birthday with leetchi.com. I heard from some friends that they are quite trustworthy. So far so good. So I started to check the conditions and terms ( seems to be good for me...) and opened a new account and a collection. Until here everything works perfect! Immediately updates etc pp. I invited my friends to send money -so we had the summary of the collection for the gift quite fast reached. ( we need just less than 20 hours.) So we gave the collection to our friend! He decided to get the money as voucher of amazon. Now it start to get nasty.... the general official terms say the voucher needs up to 24 hours in a Labor Day .The quite late received mail to my friend says it need up to 48 hours for a voucher and finally in the web page especially for the Amazon voucher speaks about it needs up to 3 days ..... those are terms I don't have accepted if I signed ( neither my friends ) . So we tried to get the customer support by phone and got -what a surprise -a mailbox direct ( I´m doing customer support since years by my self. so no question what does it mean...) Finally I started to read the reviews here and it seems a lot of people suffering the same problem and get surprisingly quick an answer from the customer support of Leetchi with an automatic template about fraud etc etc....the next step what I will do is talking to my Lawyer and will spread the reviews in every social media if my friend will not receive the voucher in the next 24 hours! Leetchi.com has all the paperwork that they ask for -now they should speed up their process!

I have been trying to get in contact with the costumer service since one week (!!!!) and no official response yet.
I still wasn't able to get my money or to send the money back to the donators, and I am warning this site that if I don't get a response soon via email (since apparently the telephone number is always inactive) I am going to take legal actions. Especially since I am a lawyer myself.
Worse costumer service I ever experienced.

The site advertises free account with no hidden charges. Turns out its only free if you transfer and spend money on one of their affiliated sites. They charge between 2-4% to withdraw your money to a bank account but that is if you even can.
The site is not letting me withdraw a penny despite numerous attempts over many days. I have tried calling the site but the phone lines are currently out of using and advising that people email. I have emailed numerous times and am yet to get a response. Feeling so anxious as I told everyone that donated, that this was a safe and trustworthy site. Feeling disgusted and very nervous!

Absolutely awful customer service. This company have no level of customer service at all, they do not answer their phones, respond to emails, reply back to tweets or listen to their voicemails. Whilst using Leetchi I have had problem after problem with no one returning my voicemails or getting back to me.

At one point, my money went missing for two days, with no response when I was desperate to find out some answers, like where had my money gone? I tried to transfer the money when it finally came back (after 3 days of me waiting and chasing) and it was not put in my bank for over 5 days after the request. I put the request in on Monday, it was not in bank by Wednesday. When I eventually got through to someone they said they hadn't even processed the money and that they would do it now. I am still waiting and it's now Friday. This then lead me to be late for deposits which were due (I was collecting money for a hen do)

Very unprofessional, very slack and I would not trust them with my money again. I would advise everyone else not to make the same mistake as I did and go through Leetchi. Even now I cannot get through to them after being on hold for 10 minutes, twice today!!!
