Legacy Direct delivered exceptional service and helped me navigate my options for a very complex estate. They are much more informed in the domain than the solicitors I have worked with previously and yet able to provide much better value for money. I have spoken with them early mornings, late evenings, and during normal working hours and received the same service all the time. It was an extremely positive experience, and I am confident in their services and advice. I highly recommend them.

PUBLIC NOTICE .Legacy Direct were paid and instructed to arrange Powers of Attorney for health and finance for me .After 2 years of being mislead by Legacy Direct they have now lost them.A shambolic company and one to avoid.

I paid Legacy Direct £679 on the 01.03.21 for Wills with Trust and Severance and Powers of Attorney . I paid a further £495. on the 23.08.21 .for the removal of a charge on my property. On the 01.08.23 over two years after instructing Legacy Direct I made a complaint to the Institute of Professional Will Writers because of the way Legacy Direct was fobbing me off . The following seven months uncovered multiple inconsistencies made by Legacy Direct. I found that Legacy Direct was both Incompetant and untrustworthy.Legacy Direct was instructed to refund me £634. Avoid Legacy Direct at all costs.

I don’t know what I would have done without the help of Ian. In a time where I was desperate, confused, stressed and grieving he provided me with the advice and support I needed. He took all the stress away and dealt with everything. If I ever had a question I could contact Ian anytime and would get an instant reply. Ian has help with my whole family’s estate. I have worked with Legacy Direct’s Ian Brill for 3-4 years. I was very impressed with Ian’s knowledge and the advice I received in relation to Powers of Attorney. I would recommend Ian and his team to anyone. They have dealt with some family business in a professional and excellent manner. Kept me updated, always returned my calls and been very patient when I have rung them with questions of anything I don't understand. First class service all round.

Far be it from me to revoke previous comments, but this has to be done in this case.
Legacy direct dealt with both powers of attorney for me and what a disaster that followed ,they were returned twice for no apparent reason.
I obviously blamed this company as no reasonable explanation was given.
It appears that the Office of the public guardian was too lazy to pick up the phone and take my money as they should have done, it was easier for them to send it back to me . In essence, because of their incompetence I waited 19months for both POA to be completed.
So Legacy Direct was most certainly NOT at fault .

Legacy Direct were recommended to us by a friend. Ian came to us for a free of charge consultation one evening and explained everything we needed to know in detail, with no pressure.

Horrendous experience. Took money and didn’t finish the work, I have been calling and no one calls back, sent a signed for letter to the premises, and letter was returned saying not known at this address. Avoid at all costs.

Have received a call today from Ian Burkin asking why I have wrote a bad review. (First time he’s called me back in months) because he has taken money off a pensioner and has not complete any of the work and is refusing to refund the money. He then hung up on me.

Legacy Direct were excellent and didn’t bombard me with legal jargon. I kept putting off writing a Will and only spoke to them to find out about how to create a Will. The consultant I spoke to was very knowledgeable and listened carefully so he was able to understand what I really wanted. He created a Will and Trust Funds that I am very pleased with. It is such a relief to know that my Will has been written and everything will be taken care of after my death.
