Well what can I say about this site amazing brilliant can not recommend legalbegals highly enough.
Like many people on this site I had made a claim for PPI and then ended up with threats of debt from Bank Smart but today I found out I had Won what a great feeling to get these people off my back after Months of stress.
I can not thank EXC highly enough for helping me deal with this company In making formal complaints letters and contacting the FCA on my behalf
So thank you EXC you are the man.
If anybody is having problems with Bank Smart please use this site for help they are superb.

Like others who reviewed the website, the issue I encountered has been troubling me for a while and I had tried hard to find answers previously.

My issue has not been resolved yet, but the people I have spoken to have helped to put my mind at ease, and I am confident that I will get more help if and when I need it.

As soon as I logged in to write this, I noticed the most recent review of LegalBeagles is an almost identical story to mine! I too was being pursued by Bank Smart for invoices totalling over £5000, for "cancellation" of claims I had never authorised them to undertake.

I was so glad I found the LegalBeagles forum - they were a huge source of help and support. They helped me prepare my complaints to Bank Smart, and then subsequently to the Claims Management Ombudsman. Well, "helped" is an understatement, they pretty much did everything for me!!

All messages were responded to promptly and they were so reassuring. Thanks to Amethyst, but especially to EXC who was nothing short of brilliant.

Anyway - today we won the case! The Claims Management Ombudsman upheld my complaint and all fees have been cancelled by Bank Smart.

I couldn't have fought it for so long without the help and encouragement from LegalBeagles. Thank you so very much - I would recommend you to anyone.

This is a excellent website which I came across. Received invoices from a ppi company(Bank Smart) who had been passed my info on from another claims company . They alleged they had sent numerous paperwork out to me over a period of months none of which had been received then proceeded to invoice me for this.
A big big thank you to EXC who helped me through the process and also to Amethyst .
After putting in the hands of the Ombudsman the claims company say that no invoices or claims are now outstanding . A big weight lifted off my shoulders so grateful . Thank You.

I needed some help on a matter of employment and even though it came under a different jurisdiction, I received a reply with specific and very helpful information within 24 hours. A superb advice forum!

Absolutely fantastic website, quick, professional and friendly advice from some very good people especially Amethyst and EXC.

We were having constant harassment from a ppi company, sending threatening letters to pay an invoice for services we hadn’t even signed up for.

They guided me through the process of asking for info (SAR) and drafted letters for me to complain about the threatening letters.

Thanks to them, the invoice was cancelled.

Can’t recommend them highly enough, brilliant.

What a total waste of time this site is.
If they dont have an answer to your questions they would rather ignore your posts than tell you so.

I am editing this review as i am new to forums i had posted my thread in the wrong section and it was over looked.

Once again i am sorry for my initial negative review.

I have claims management company claiming commission on ppi claim that i did not authorise. they have forged a signature purporting it to be mine and the advice from Legal Beagles has been excellent.

Following the receipt of a court claim for an old debt, I found myself in an incredibly stressed position, or..for want of a better word, a more stressed position than I was already in.

I had remembered crossing Legal Beagles before, posted on the forum regarding my situation and utilised the prompts to ensure I could provide as much information as possible. The team behind Leal Beagles were incredibly helpful and helped signpost and break down information that.. if I wasn't stressed I could probably have comprehended better. It can't be denied that in this position some hand holding or gentle direction is required for those of us that require their assistance.

The big thing here is.. they do this for free, and I cannot fathom the task they have with in trying to support so many individuals. I can only heap praise on them. Some patience is required, absolutely understandable considering how many they deal with.. and I say that with the hindsight of someone who's stress was overriding their patience.

Would I use Legalbeagles again if needed, in a heartbeat, but I also feel that I have been enabled to know what I need to do should I ever end up in a similar position again.

I'm posting this on the same day of the resolution I needed with my case. It wouldn't have been possible and I would likely have ended up in a worse position, legally, financially and emotionally if it wasn't for the site.

I've posted three issues on Legal Beagles and received some really helpful responses. These have included links to web sites and opinions and suggestions as to the way forward. It has proved to be of real practical help and I intend using it again.

Received a great deal of help that enabled me to obtain the result I wanted. My CCJ was set aside and this is highly unlikely to have happened without the assistance of the fine folk at LegalBeagles. Thank you so much!

I have been involved with a claims management company ( Bank-Smart ) who were hounding my elderly , ill mother for payment for alleged breaches of contract. I was getting nowhere ( which suits them as they continue threatening letters ), however after contacting LB and their almost immediate responses, they drafted me a letter, which I sent resulting in all invoices/ claims being cancelled. Cannot praise LB highly enough and would not hesitate to use again. Literally 10/10.

The website is a useful forum to gain insights into legal issues where you are an unrepresented party. Connecting you with people who understand the law and offering ideas that are hard to find, it is a great resource.

Iv had nightmares over a very threatening ppi claim company, went to legal beeagles and they totally put my mind at rest by looking at case, constructing letters, legalities, practise etc, all in all a highly recommended site, i honestly couldn't rate them high enough for there professionalism

I’ve been going through a really tricky problem with small claims. Solicitors didn’t want to help me, or wanted to charge me more than it’d cost me if I lost! Great member on here have helped me to no end!

So much help and advice offered so quickly, at a time when time matters, They have helped me and my wife on a few occasions and the advice is always correct and concise,I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of some legal advice or guidance.
