Completed the form. Paid the money. Document wouldn't download. Called for tech support. Customer service refunded my money, although had the audacity to take offense to the frustration of the process on my end.

I have had to do many Trusts, power of attorneys and medical documents. I have always used attorneys but these documents from this website are pretty much exactly the same thing. As long as you have the proper information there is no reason to use an attorney. This is a great deal!
