Thought I could do a draft and pay later
I thought I could do a draft of the will but pay later but when I got to the end I had to pay even though I needed an important question answered to see of the service was suitable.
I am still waiting for a reply to my two emails sent . If not suitable for my situation i would like a refund.

Very happy with this service. If we emailed them they came straight back with a reply. It was a bit confusing to start with, but that was more us not reading the side notes that help you, once we understood how to complete the online form it was very easy.
