TERRIBLE

TERRIBLE DO NOT EVEN BOTH RETURNING YOUR ITEMS, I RETURNED MY ITEMS AND I HAD TO WAIT 2 WEEKS FOR THEM TO TELL ME APPARENTLY THEY DONT HAVE MY RETURN ALLTHOUGH MY TRACKING LITERALLY SHOWS IT WAS DELIVERED AND NOW I AM BEING TOLD TO CONTACT MY BANK THIS WILL TAKE FURTHER TIME

Big Lego fan

Big Lego fan and love their designs especially the 18+ ones, botanicals, globe and love some Disney one ls too , wall-e my recent one!

Also recently went to Lego shop to build the mini controller gift for free. What a great event !

First time using the build a minifigure…

First time using the build a minifigure feature and spending a fair bit of money on them too to find they have been dispatched from poland and now may incure customs charges. DPD have kindly informed me that an email or sms will be sent to me with the charges i need to pay within 5 days.

DONT BUY FROM THEM EVER

Brought myself batmobile lego was at a ripped off price of $120. Started to put it together but was missing a piece. So I went to the lego website to get a replacement piece that was a week ago and still haven't received it or any extra communication from them. That shit is expensive and doesn't have all the pieces will never be buying from them again I would expect that from a knock off but no the knock off that are cheaper actually have all the pieces.

The most polluting business model!

The most polluting business model!
1. Make stuff out of the biggest polluter - plastic.
2. Produce products that are to be offered as gifts. But make it so easy to lose parts, so they cannot be regifted.
3. Don't allow gift receivers to replace unopened gifts with what they like instead, so they get thrown away.
4. Maintain low resale value, since the market is saturated with their forever plastic.

Every time they send it

They are so bad at shipping product it does not make sense.

Every order the box arrives damaged. That's okay if you do not collect sealed product. If it is a set I really like I get one to keep sealed and one to build.

Do not even bother ordering if you want to keep product sealed because they throw it in a box with no protection and every time it arrives damaged.

Let it slide too many times but this time I've had enough. Not using your website ever again.

I purchased my 7th and final set last…

I purchased my 7th and final set last week, now bearing in mind the previous 3 sets were sent back due to missing parts, let's just add every set I have purchased as had missing parts.
Considering the price of some sets I have nearly amassed £1000 spent on Lego.
So my complaint is the fact that they do not care about the customer I found this out this morning when I needed to call them.
So on the phone for over an hour to be told I will be getting sent £25 gift card as a gift for all the trouble then to have it refused ?
I am left with 3 sets with missing parts and also a very unhelpful phone call.
Instruction books are also no use whatsoever esp if you don't understand instructions, I managed one set as it had a 3D instructions on the app brilliant, but then nearly finished it to find missing parts for them to take 9-12 days to get to you :(
So they like to overcharge for incomplete sets then you will not get any help from them and if you do you will wait nearly 2 weeks for the cause, also they say one thing and do another!!!
I took too Lego because I'm a neuro divergent and it helps keep me calm and focused but of late it's having the opposite effect and they are doing nothing about it!!!
I am done with Lego now rip offs and no customer care.

Awesome stores & experience

When anything goes wrong with an order they help you immediately. The people in the store are literally so sweet each time I visit. The pab is fast delivered as well which is great when you're working on a project. I love the minifigure packs you can find at the pab online, hope they will continue with this.

Customer service is a joke

Customer service is a joke. Don't try to get help with anything cause they won't help. They also won't let you adjust any settings. So it's basically liel you delete your account or you can't do anything.

Fantastic

Ive been purchasing from the lego website for a while now.
I cannot say a bad word, their website is easy to navigate and make purchases. The delivery uses DPD so you know exactly when it arrives.
The delivery process and communication is fantastic.
Lastly when there is an issue, and ive had one it was handled by a member of the customer service team professionally and the issue was resolved immediately.
Great all round.

Refund take too long

I bought a bunch of Lego sets, and turns out i got the same set for my birthday. So i returned the item to lego, and it tooks 1 day for the item to arrived at lego warehouse. However, its been 14 days since its arrived at the warehouse but still no update or response for my return. I tried to called them on the 3rd day, and they told me to call them again if in 14 days since the item arrived at their warehouse i didn’t receive my refund

So I called them again after 15 days, and they told me they will investigate and it will take around 14 working days to give me an update for this

Very bad experience and I will never order again from Lego.com

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. First the package gets sent to the wrong post office, then I ask them to resend it, and they can't.

I tell them I'd like to escalate a complaint and just never get a response, and never got a refund either, just a credit note for £0.-

AMAZING SERVICE!

AMAZING SERVICE!! my lego set had 2 pieces missing and I ordered them the second I saw they were gone. It took a WEEK for shipment and delivery. ONE WEEK to get to me. That's just insane and I still can't fathom how fast that was. And, let me add, I didn't pay for anything. No tax, no shipment fees, not for the pieces NOT A CENT was spent. 10/5 honestly.

I ordered some Lego for my son's…

I ordered some Lego for my son's birthday, all said in stock on the website, but I'm now being told my delivery can take up to 2 weeks. They have added a little free gift due to the amount i have spent, however I could have gone to a local store and bought it to get it straight away.

Thinking of cancelling the order and doing that now.
