Ordered a lego technic set for my daughter and she loved it! It came quick and with no issues. I’ve purchased many technic sets and have never had an issue with lego or the sets!

They have not delivered my ordered items and refused to acknowledge/ reply to any of my cancellation e-mails.

I ordered and paid for my items in February 2020 (!), and still have neither received the items, nor have I received a refund (!).

Steer clear from this horrible scam.

I spent thousands of pounds throughout decades for Lego - what an utter disappointment to receive such disrespect from them.

It was a nightmare! I had to return a $300.00 kit and the nightmare started last October/2020! 15 emails;I could not call Customer Service since my area code (787) Puerto Rico, was outside of the 800 number calling codes! After many hours of research, my wife found another 800 that worked, one that the Customer Service could have provided but did not! After an unknown amount of calls; never received the replacement kit because it went “sold out”; they wold not answer my emails; finally this week in January 2021, after 1 hour at the phone, a very courteous and honest Customer Rep asked me if I would take a money return to my credit card since she could not find the kit in any of their warehouses and could not asure mr an eta on the kit, so I did! She even sent me an email with an address of a Lego seller and I got the kit $100 cheaper! How that works? I don't have a clue! But I had my shipping charges of the returned damaged kit of $137.00 and change returned, the cost of the kit which was $299.99 returned and saved $100.00 on the new kit purchased from a third line vendor. You see, I love Lego kits but, lately, and here I am guessing, they have out grown their capacity to manufacture, sort, pack and distribute according to their high standards level of quality, producing excessive amount of damaged/incomplete kits, which in a chain reaction, produce excess amounts of calls, emails and chats, which the Customer Service Department get overwhelmed and unable to handle! Lego did not prepare and was not ready to handle this workload that started nearly a year ago. On my part, they have lost some revenue since I have found another distributor of Lego like products. Sorry Lego. Good bye.

The worst customer service in US ever! I returned a LEGO order and ended up paying $45 to ship it back as they will not provide return shipping label. I email and called the support and gets round around.

How can't it be 5 star great product and never had any problem with anything I ever brought from them. Once my daughter lost a princess figure from a the beauty and the beast set and they shipped her a new one she was very happy.

I took my 5 year old grandson to the Lego shop in Churchill Square Brighton. As always, the staff were very patient and kind. One particular assistant went out of his way to make sure that my grandson was able to choose what he really wanted and, after a good 20 minutes of detailed discussion and help, my grandson left the store very happy. I have visited before with both my older grandsons and even when they are very busy the assistants are always cheerful and willing to take some trouble.

I always buy at the physical shop located in Manchester. Good range of products, plenty of stock and very friendly staff.

Ordered a Volkswagen camper van from this website a while ago the delivery was great so quick and the packaging was perfect. Well worth the money
