The system is so problematic itstsrted in July 23 and this is Xmas 23 and it’s still not working properly and the company have such a poor service I had to sent numerous emails of complaints and it took them ages to get back to me . The residents are so dissatisfied with this company I get daily complaints. You also have to ask for instructions for the residents on how to use the system and print them off yourself . The autodialler in the lift is also not working prouand I get excuses that it’s the operator ‘s headset on the other side that’s not compatible with the system!!!! Funny it works with every other development building!!!! They have two project managers overlooking the installation and I had to send emails every eeekslmost to ask to get it fixed.plus the warranty is 5 months used they say as the warranty starts from July 23 first day of work !!!! Strange I thought a warranty started after money changed hands . Honestly if I and my residents had known how bad this project was going to be we would not have looked st this company st all
