Have a wheel retapped, from taking the bike into the Frodsham store. Attitude of the staff quite poor.

Cost of the job £60, a lot cheaper for this to be done at Halfords or Evans cycles.

The attitude and cost has ensured I won’t be returning for any more work.

My dealings with leisure lakes bikes was really good,there were some issues which were out of their control,the main one being Parcelforce who sent the bike to the wrong delivery depot twice but eventually after nearly a week and a half the bike got delivered.The staff at leisure lakes bikes were really helpful though....

Excellent service from the team, From being very helpful in setting my sons bike up to setting up the bike rack up on the roof of my car and even entertaining my one year old daughter whilst she was running riot. Bought quite a few bits of kit from Leisure Lakes at Frodsham. Always a nice visit, pleasant staff, good selection of stuff in store and easy to get click and collect orders sent there. On this occasion it was Fidlock accessories which have worked perfectly on their first ride. Only problem when going to Leisure Lakes is bike temptation - which is my own personal problem! Great business!

Great staff that are friendly and knowledgeable. I recently bought a new Cube Agree thanks to the advice from the staff at the shop, they we're able to hear the features that I wanted and suggest different models at different prices to help me get the best value I could. They were even happy to get bikes in that I wasn't specifically looking at so I could have a sit on them to test for size and comfort.
