Went a few times to Leisure Lakes Bikes in Crossgates and they've never disappointed me. Absolutely great customer service and exceptional support from Paul who works at the counter, he's helped me with everything highly recommended place to go. Great deals on everything that will be fitted as you like by sensational mechanics.

Had some problems with postage but sorted it out quickly and the bike came perfect set up and really good customer service

Great staff and help a lot. Longer delivery but this wasnt with the shop but with Trek delivery. For the shop staff big A+++++++. Highly recommend this shop.

Straightforward to buy on line from Ulverston branch at £1,100 off for Di2 carbon, hydraulic disc ORRO STC 2023 road model. Transferred to Leeds branch to collect while up visiting relatives in Harrogate. Leeds branch is 95% MTB and did not have the ability to put it/me on a turbo trainer to fit me to my new bike! I’m now back in Suffolk and will need to pay a local bike shop for a fitting! Despite giving me a good reduction on Ultegra carbon pedals I left feeling a bit/very let down!

Easy and straightforward , bike ready in 1 day , fully explained and shown all features on the bike , fast friendly service 👌👍
