They were extremely helpful in sourcing the exact E-MTB I was looking for, despite it being out of stock elsewhere, and the pricing was very competitive. I was kept informed at every stage of the order, which was delivered exactly when they said it would be. I was given a thorough briefing on how the bike works, and various components were adjusted to suit my riding style. Overall, it was a really great experience.

I have just purchased the Merida dirt jumper 500 from the West Bromwich store and found the service to be incredible, from Jenny who originally advised me i had brought the correct bike but the wrong size, to Isaac and another guy when I went to collect the Merida 500 dirt jumper which I have brought my son for Christmas , their wealth of knowledge and their passion for what they sell is un rivalled, thank you again so much for advising a bike novice on which bike to buy my son.

From the simple order online to the follow up call to let me know when to expect the delivery. Even when the bike arrived there was a kit supplied by leisure lake bikes for everything you need to assemble. Didn’t expect that at all. Usually it’s manufactures basics but this was a great touch. I’m in south wales and would definitely buy from them again. Overall great purchase thank you

Used leisure lakes for years and can't fault them, they are very knowledgeable and can help you if you're not sure exactly what you're looking for but if you do they can help with that also. Always very friendly and they have a very good range of products. My last 3 bike were bought from them and I can't see myself going elsewhere

Ordered tyre on 30 October got tyre on 11th of November via Royal mail

I visited the West Bromwich store to look at a Trek Checkpoint Gravel bike. The only one available was in the Leisurelakes Daventry store. After trying another Trek for size, the staff member offered to have the Daventry one brought to West Brom.
That happened within a couple of days and I went to look and buy the bike.
I had trouble with my new credit card and the staff were so helpful and solution-focused that we quickly got the problem sorted thanks to Dave and his colleagues. He also helped with a parking issue I had.
One of the ladies made me a cup of coffee while I was on the phone to the bank and that was very kind of her.
The bike was presented ready to ride and they’d even set the saddle to the right height that I’d mentioned on my first visit.
The whole experience was very, very good and I can’t recommend the store and its staff highly enough.
