Online ordering easy,finance easy and clear,staff at york branch very helpfull at the time of collecting and after,couldn't understand why this couldn't be collected by a local branch 5 miles away had to travel 60 miles away to the same store but didnt phase me really I get free fuel.

Awful
Went into the York store , wanting to spend roughly £500 on a bike for my little girl who’s 6. The guy in the shop couldent of been anymore unhelpful if he tried . Rude & arrogant . Cared more about reading something on the internet .
I will take my money elsewhere thank you . Don’t use these people if you want good customer service.
