Have dealt with this company for years…

Have dealt with this company for years and purchased few different espresso machines. But recently, two months ago, ordered a two filters for the water tank. I received some Puly powder to clean it with, and that is all. Cannot get a hold of anybody to help whatsoever! They say fill out a form, but you cannot put a serial number on a filter, only an order number so it's quite impossible! Cant even send form; have replied to order in email but no answer! very frustrated Customer

They have bad representatives

They have bad representatives, rude people answering the phone.

when I asked why does the Bianca costs AED 8800 Delivered to my home from Italy to UAE, they don't have an answer other than "if you buy it online we will not repair it for you" which says a lot about Lelit the manufacturer choosing such a distributor.

It costs around AED 12000 to buy from the UAE dealer, and because I had 4 previous incidents, I can confidently say they have no good technicians. so I don't see why there is a difference between buying from them or online cause, either way, I won't be able to fix it at Lelit UAE, and will cost a fortune to ship back to Italy.
