I ordered a mask from this company early in 2023 and still have not received my order! Do not order from them because they are a scam

I have been waiting for an order since October 2022. After countless emails I received a shipping order is on the way message, but its status has only been stuck on “label has been created”. I finally got through again in November of 2023 and they said they had my bag ready all along and would through in a corset as a gift. They told me to look out for a tracking email and here I am, still trying to find out and i am patient because i think the creations are amazing.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I still have not received my item I ordered in November 2022 last year. I have attempted to contact them multiple times with no response.
Do not order from this business.

I ordered a bag from this designer in October 2022. Nearly a year later, I still don't have it. I understand that they are a one-person business and that the designer has been going through stuff according to their social media, but a one-year wait without explanation or a refund is not acceptable. All emails I've sent have been ignored apart from one in February 2023 when they told me my item would be dispatched soon. Their Instagram is full of comments saying the same. The website is still up and taking orders so I can't imagine how much wealth is being amassed from what has basically become a scam.
