I was told about this company by a friend, because I wanted to know what cleaning products she used that made her home smell so nice, she gave me some of her floor disinfectant to use and it smells gorgeous!! So, I placed an order of buy 3 mix n' match and was tempted by their other products, so added more items to my shopping cart

Having lived in Spain I have been looking for the favourite products I used there. LemonFresh provide those at an excellent price and with speedy delivery. This is the second order I have placed with them given the quality of their service the first time.

I placed my first order with Lemon Fresh UK and I am SUPER impressed! Placed order on Tuesday evening, arrived Thursday morning. The prices are very competitive with similar companies and so is their p&p… this is the reason I looked around for another company selling Spanish cleaning products as the one I previously used, their p&p was really expensive… cheaper products and cheaper p&p, they also have multi buy deals, 3 for £10, and other deals on certain items too, haven’t found that anywhere else. Each item was well packaged, each nozzle and neck was taped but nothing leaked. thank you, I will be using Lemon Fresh regularly and will be recommending them to friends and family 👍🏽

My order was dispatched within an hour of me making the order. Very fast and communicative process.

Despite the best efforts of the team, my order, which was heavy, was packed in a standard cardboard box, which wasn’t quite robust enough for the journey by courier. The box arrived partially ripped open and 2 of the bottles had leaked, as the tape applied around the bottom of the lids had not sealed.

I would order again, but more robust boxes are needed for heavy bottles.

Edit - updated…. lemon fresh sent me replacement bottles free of charge. Very well wrapped, with extra protection around the lids. Excellent customer service by Lemon Fresh. Thank you!

Website is easy to use, the packaging was great as my daughter enjoyed the degradable polystyrene and of course I enjoy the product. Delivery was quick.

Nenuco products are fabulous, the smell is delicious. This is the first time I've bought from Lemon Fresh UK and I can't fault their service. Good pricing, fast delivery and very well-packaged, using degradable polystyrene and envelopes. The products were well wrapped to avoid spillages. I highly recommend this company!

First class service with the product securely wrapped for postage. The Heno de Prava I have been buying for many years on Spanish trips & whilst these have not been possible for a few years it's good to know I can now obtain the soap in the UK quite easily.
