Product was exactly as described and a fair bit cheaper than buying locally. Will certainly be using Lemon Skin Care again when purchasing Dermalogica skin care. Thanks for such a prompt service.

UNSEALED GOODS - DO NOT BUT FROM LEMONSKINCARE

DO NOT BUY FROM LEMONSKINCARE - LEARN FROM MY EXPERIENCE! YOU WILL REGRET IT AVOID LEMONSKINCARE AT ALL COSTS!!!

- The Dermalogica products that Lemonskincare sent me were unsealed which raises suspicions about the product itself.

- I e-mailed them to ask why the products are unsealed but they only stated 'for commercial reasons' which only means they are........I can't say on this review but you know what I mean.

- Return postage has to be paid by the buyer even though Lemonskincare are at fault!

- They have to be chased to answer e-mails if you question why the products are not in the original Dermalogica seal like the other Dermalogica approved resellers.

- I sent the products back, well packaged, but they refused refund stating that the goods received were 'damaged'. When I got them to send the goods back to me there is nothing wrong with the products I sent! (Apart from small leakage from the products which was as received)

- Once Lemonskincare have your money they are difficult to deal with

- I found them a couple of pounds cheaper than the approved Dermalogica suppliers - but they are cheap for a reason.

- I will always pay a bit extra now and buy from an approved supplier such as Zestbeauty - Only a pound or two more expensive but worth it.

I am now left with untrustworthy Dermalogica products worth around £70 which I will have to bin as I do not want to chance using them due to adverse effects.

RESPONSE TO LEMONSKINCARE REPLY - 'Unhygienic' - So funny. Products were sent back as received sealed with your dodgy sealant. Having got the products back from you I can say that one of the 'sealed' products leaked which further confirms my suspicions about the Dermalogica products you sell.

Just to reiterate the products were sent back exactly as received - if they were not in 'saleable condition' then why did you send them to me in the first place in this condition?

This also shows that Lemonskincare sell on returned products as 'new' which is what I suspect I received. I'll just buy original unsued and safe products from zestbeauty from now on.....

UPDATE - I raised a claim through PayPal and they reviewed my case and made a decision in my favor. After so much time I have now received my money back.
If you search for Dermalogica authorised suppliers, on the Dermalogica website itself it advises against the dangers of purchasing from unauthorised companies and names lemonskincare as one of them!

Poor customer service

I will never use this company again , my order was not initially despatched and despite emailing the company several times they were slow to respond. Goods eventually were sent and appear genuine, poor customer service.

Stay away!

Why remove the tamper seals? Whenever I have purchased from other sites, dermalogica products always have their own tamper seal... not from lemonskincare... and when asked they couldn't answer and then ignored me! Will not be purchasing from them again - stay away!

Tamper-proof seals on tubed products (eg Active Moist, Skin Smoothing Cream) are never removed by Lemon Skincare.

I wish I'd read the reviews before …

I wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing. As per the other comments I received my item in a damaged box with the Dermalogica seal removed and replaced by a Lemon Skin Care one. Very poor customer service - they are refusing to refund the cost of posting the item back, despite the fact it's not as described and I don't believe it's an authentic product. I won't be using the site again.

NOTE: Lemon skincare asked for this review to be removed stating I hadn't bought from them. I supplied info to Trustpilot to prove I had and the review was reinstated. They still won't reply to my emails - not what I'd expect from a reputable retailer.

All of the products sold by Lemon Skincare are authentic Dermalogica items.

Lemon Skincare & Authenticity of Dermalogica Products

I bought a couple of items from them, one was a travel items and thus had no seal on it as it never came in a box.

I then purchased some face cream from them, my main concern was that when it arrived it did not have the hologram from Dermalogica, this was a concern and after investigation (Dermalogica website) I learnt that Lemon Skincare was not an authorised seller. They had replaced it with one of their own!

Being concerned about what I was putting on my face and having sensitive skin (probably why most people buy Dermalogica) I contacted them to return my item, no issue in getting my money back but did have to pay return postal costs.

I re-ordered both items from a listed authorised stockist, albeit a few quid more, and yup only a few quid. (Zest Beauty)

I compared the travel item I had bought and there was a slight smell difference and the font was different, Ok this may well have changed as they do sometimes in a genuine product but alarm bells about the authenticity of the item starting ringing, after all Dermalogica can only guarantee this for sites it lists as authorised sellers.

Conclusion, for truly authentic products buy from authorised retailers, not worth the risk to save a couple of quid! Both list are available on Dermalogica website.

Update due to Lemon Skincare review reply:

This is quoted from Dermalogica website where Lemon Skincare is listed as unauthorised :

"Unauthorised online retailers

Unauthorised retailers do not have direct access to Dermalogica product or educational resources. As a result, they may deliver outdated, spoiled, and unsafe Dermalogica products. In fact, Dermalogica can’t even vouch for these products, and they may not even be genuine. Beyond that, because these retailers do not have access to our educational resources, these retailers can’t provide the professional consultation and recommendation that is so important to the proper use and ultimate effectiveness of Dermalogica products."

poor response

Fast delivery and good price. Problem is when you want to return anything. It's been nearly two weeks since I returned my items. No one is replying to my emails asking about my refund and no number to call. Can I have my money back please!

Great products at a bit of a discount, reliable delivery.

Have ordered Dermalogica products from here several times now, as they're a bit cheaper than the other suppliers. Sometimes the packaging is a bit bashed about, and the security seal on the box is a Lemon Skin Care one and not a Dermalogica one, but I've never thought that the actual products were opened before I received them. Delivery is also cheap and fast.
