I emailed a request for help with a faulty turntable, unusable from purchase, and after several email requests for info from me, I am eventually told "we do not have a service department so we recommend finding an independent engineer". Why not say that at the beginning and save the time and trouble they put me to before dumping the problem back in my lap. Cannot find anything positive to say about Lenco, apart from the fact the emails were courteous.
