I needed a small loan nothing to crazy. I was contacted by Ronald. He wasn't pushy or tried to give me a loan for more then what I was asking for. He explained the terms fees(yes there was a processing fee of 360) and all that was necessary. He didnt hide any information or back door fees surprise interest rates he was forthcoming and honest. Got my loan certified in bout a half an hour and everything was exactly as he said. Will use them again if I need another loan.

Trevor my loan specialist made it quick & easy

I paid what was requested multiple times for more and more money and received no loan or refund. They are theifs and don't even bother with this dishonest business. Especially with John Wilderson, that's the name of the con man.

The broker Ronald was very professional and gave me information that was easy to understand

It is so frustrating that their customer portal was either down, displaying incorrect information, or incomplete information. There was a glitch with there automated payment system and when calling into customer service, the representative couldn't and didn't offer any explanations and did not correct the issue, yet they were able to subsequently tack on additional interest charges on the loan after it was too late to address the matter again.

Working with Trevor Kiefer made everything super easy and very understandable. He not only was informative but very polite and patient with all of my questions.
