Lenoge AC Adapter 29.5v 3.34a for my Dell 1545 laptop. Hadn't used it much at all and today it started loudly crackling and smelt burnt.
I cracked open the case to find the mains connector pins, ( both live and neutal) have fallen off of their solderpads and the pins were black.

The internals are very light and of a very cheap quality. Please don"t buy these fire hazards! I have now purchased an official Dell charger.

Bought a laptop battery, it charged a little less every day. After a couple of weeks it stopped charging at all. Emailed the company to claim on the guarantee and have had no response at all. Looks like I threw my money away. Avoid them!

I bought two replacement batteries; one seemed ok at first, the other failed to charge properly, giving only 10 minutes use. After 12 months, within the 18 month guarantee period, the first battery died completely, the second one gives very short use. Lenoge offered a 50% refund, but have failed to deliver on their promise.
A week after placing this review, Lenoge refunded my 50% through Amazon. Thankyou.

Offered me a free battery if I placed a 5-star rating - even though I am due a refund of x3 faulty batteries they sent me - can't communicate properly - poorly written correspondence. But I am fed up with chasing for months - to get my money back - and if all they need is to see 5 -stars (I've got to send a screen shot) then this is what I will do!

Like a number of other reviewers I was taken in by this group.......Bought a twin pack of their 18V 4Amp replacement batteries for my Makita Drill through Amazon........both batteries failed after 3 charges! Unfortunately I did not use these batteries immediately upon receiving them and when I encountered my problem Amazon said they could do nothing. Neither battery will accept a recharge. SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH ANYONE BUT LENOGE

Same thing happened as everyone wrote before!

Battery of Macbook Pro dies after 30 minutes of use... it's at 30% of its life and shuts down.

Lenoge didn't answer any of my messages from Amazon servicing. Also, they deleted the listing of my battery so I could not review their awful product!

Amazon say they are not responsible.
Lenoge does not answer...

THESE BATTERIES DO NOT LAST FOR MORE THEN 5 MONTHS with MINIMAL USAGE
THEY DO NOT HONOUR THEIR WARRANTY..
- My battery died after 5 months and placed a warranty call.
- Gave me the run around for a month and half.
- Took a few weeks for a response to my support after a few emails.
- Said no worries we will help you - LIE!!
- Everytime they would get back to me they had a different story which one lie never matched the next.
- Said in one EMAIL please provide positive remarks and we will send you the money. I responded I am not here to provide negative comments just want resolution. Please help me and i will leave positive review
- Told me we will send you your money back. After two weeks I emailed back where is my money. Response from them: We sent to PayPal. I responded back never recieved and don't use PayPal Their response oh sorry we don't have your email for PayPal?
My response so you never sent it? Their response can you send me a video of the defective part to send to our tech dept to evaluate? My Response Yes here it is. No response after 5 days so I respond back can you please update me. Their response we sent your money to Amazon. I said where at amazon I don't have a credit on my account,. 5 days after I send out another email Where is my exchange or credit. They respond sorry this matter is closed. I said what? where is my money or exchange.
If you read all my emails you will notice a trail of lies and out right deliberate spinning of the situation. Spoke to a lady there by the name of Jennifer.
If anyone wants my stream of emails and proof please let me know and I will send over. I have all the emails handy for sharing

COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND PRODUCT

I purchased a 2 pack of 18v 6Amh L-Ion batteries for my Makita router during October of 2018. The warranty was listed as 5yrs. I have used the batteries a handful of times since then. Now that business is picking up I need the batteries more often. Unfortunately one of the pair will no longer charge. I made the purchase on Ebay and since it is past their 30 day window, they can no longer intervene. I have contacted the company four times now with no response. I am hoping to get this resolved soon, but at this point I am leaving a poor review due to their lack of response to a warranty claim. I will continue to communicate in hopes that they will respond.

I ordered a replacement battery after reading mixed reviews and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Do not bother! The battery came bulging out of its case which made me concerened it was at risk of exploding. I emailed them straight away saying I wanted a refund and enquiring how to safely dispose of this battery that I was treating like a bomb. I did more research and decided the cells weren’t swollen but they had not assembled the casing correctly. I eventually fixed this myself. So I started using he battery. It was a dud from the off - never held anywhere near its full capacity according to the diagnostics on my comp. it got worse and worse until this week, it will no longer charge. Less than 6 months after purchase. Emailed Lenoge again about warranty and no response yet. I’ve gone with a 2-power batt from laptopbatterysupply shop - better reviews for these though more expensive. Lenoge seems like cowboys - batteries should be regulated - such a harmful thing for the environment and people are making them this disposable for profit. Disgusting!

I purchased a battery for my Macbook pro mid-2010 15" and it was terrible. I did everything required in the installation including resetting the SMC and recalibrating the battery. The performance was terrible as the battery would get to about 40% and then just die. It would only take about 25 minutes for this to happen. I contacted Lenoge customer service and the reluctantly gave me a replacement. I installed the battery only to have the same issue. I trouble shooted everything including my own charger and have deemed both batteries to be defective and of poor quality. I've reached out to customer support once again but they have not responded back to me. Do NOT bother with the brand - they can't be trusted.

I ordered a battery for my Dell E6420, it worked perfectly on the laptop! Now my old Dell laptop became very well, thanks lenoge! Their batteries are sold on eBay and Amazon, mine was bought from Amazon, it's arrived very fast since fulfilled by Amazon. Compare with other replacement batteries, the price is a little higher, but if you really buy it you will not disappointed! The package and the battery looks like good quality, and it's really good when it's working.
