Last year I seen Optometrist Sakshi Safa at Algonquin Commons LensCrafters who was very through, asked plenty of questions and I received a prescription that was perfect from day one. The store has a good selection of quality eye wear with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have returned this year.

The reason I had an awesome experience at LensCrafters in Spokane Valley, WA is the person who assisted and took care of my needs. His name is Gregory Norman and he was not only knowledgeable regarding the products and the prescription, but he offered the best service in a professional and cordial way. His honesty in fitting the frames for the prescription that was being filled led me to select the most attractive frames possible. He was pleasant, honest and fun. He made this shopping experience one to remember. Please let Gregory, and his manager, know how much I appreciate him. Thank you, Gregory. You are the best.

On Oct 27, 2025, I visited Lenscrafters in NYC..
I had such excellent experience w them in making bifocals for me in 2023 & 2024, I hoped they would be willing to help me w my new Progressive glasses. I was unable to easily use the reading section of the lenses. These glasses were created by another company that had been recommended by my opthamologist. Ifeoma, Lenscrafter's optician, checked everything & told me the prescription was correct. She tightened the frame & asked me to try and read, I did, and though better, it was not perfect, except in one very limited zone. She suggested I try getting used to them. That if I felt I was making too much of a compromise in trying to read, that I should go back to bifocals. There was no charge, just excellent service. I will go back to Lencrafters for my next pair of glasses.

Website would not remove my coupon so I could update with a better coupon. I called in and she couldn't help me and told be to place the order and call back in and they would credit me the difference. I've now been on hold for 10 minutes. At this point I may just cancel my order and use 1800contacts. I've been trying to place this re-order for over an hour.

Lens crafters have put a bad taste in my mouth with them and meta AI ray bans. Didn’t tell me I can’t have my glasses sized, that I had to contact Ray ban on line only for repairs. Then it’s been a month and still my glasses haven’t been replaced. $1100 for this. I’ll stick to my $300 Gucci glasss etc for now on. DONT BY FROM EITHER!!!

I visited LensCrafters at 7400 San Pedro Ave #438, San Antonio, TX to request a minor sunglass repair. I spoke with Ms. Sarai Cisneros, Sales Associate to request service. Due to her experience in sales, service, and support, she quickly repaired my sunglasses within minutes. It was a wonderful experience to be treated so well by her. If you want quality glasses, I strongly recommend this store. Thank you so much. COL (R) RGP, US Army

Very Bad customer support, my order was supposed to be delivered by 13th Oct, still haven't got it, i called your support line, i was put on hold by agent, after 25 mins of wait she told me system was down and call us again later, what kind of service is this?

2-Day Delivery is a scam. Paid $19 extra for an order that haven't even shipped yet and it's now on day 4 of being manufactured, not even shipped.

I recently purchased frameless sunglasses and encountered an issue with a loose screw. Lacking the necessary tools, I sought assistance at several establishments without success. However, my experience at LensCrafters was exceptional. The employee, Tashania, provided outstanding customer service, demonstrating genuine care and going above and beyond to assist me. She consulted with the technician, Evan, and after a short wait, my sunglasses were repaired free of charge. This level of service, characterized by a willingness to help without expectation of gain, has solidified my preference for LensCrafters for future needs.

I went to LensCrafters twice and unfortunately both experiences were very disappointing. The first time, my eye measurement was incorrect and I had to return to have it corrected. On the second visit, the prescription itself was still wrong. It’s frustrating to see this level of inaccuracy, and it shows a concerning lack of knowledge from the staff. After two failed attempts, I cannot trust their service and will not be returning.

Customer service awful. Went today for an adjustment which took 2 minutes. Problem was I had to wait 30 minutes for what took 2 minutes. Was treated poorly and will never go there again. I found I can’t trust people who have no experience with either people or glasses,

We took our nephew into lenscrafters at Vancouver Mall this evening because his dog chewed on his glasses. So, we thought we would get a new frame for his lenses. But the lady was so rude to us, we couldn't even believe it. She said oh no, no we can't do that. So we went downstairs to Visionworks where the gal there was so helpful. She found us two different frames to choose from. And on top of that she gave them to us free of charge. There is nothing that could ever get me to go into a lenscrafters ever again. I dont know why lenscrafters even has such a miserable person like that working for them to begin with.

we were met by a synchronized wall of stares, attitude and zero concern for customer service.
I really don't think she was listening that my nephew's dog had chew up his glasses, so that the frames were shot, but lenses were ok, only a few teeth marks.
She stared through us and finally said "can't help you ... we don't do that" (meaning put lenses in new frame) very snotty and dismissive.
i told her i guess my nephew wont be going to school tomorrow, "oh ok," she said, clueless of my sarcasm. and we left.
just downstairs to "vision works"
It was like the dark clouds parted and rainbow had led to this oasis filled with sunshine,
the clerk greeted us pleasantly and after hearing us , she said" give me a minute and i will find something for the glasses and give you a call when done." like clockwork she called had two pair to choose from. and to add to everything she had already done said "free of charge"...... amazing we slid her a gratuity and were on cloud 9, as we passed by Lense crafters, we told them of our discovery and asked that they refer all to "Vision works", they will work their magic..... we love them ///do better lense crafters...

I had an expensive pair of sunglasses that has had a bent frame and missing screw for 8+ years and finally made time to see if I could pay someone at LensCrafters to fix them and replace the screw.
To my upmost surprise, the store manager Maddy, asked me to wait for a few minutes. She came back in five minutes, we sat at a desk, she was able to fix the frame, replace the screw, and clean up the sunglasses to look brand new. I asked how much I owe her for this service and she said this was a free service they provide and to come back anytime I have any future issues with the sunglasses.
Maddy was so kind, wasted no time to help me, and left me excited to share how great LensCrafters is to my friends and family.
Maddy is the store manager in Phoenix, AZ at the 1919 E Camelback Rd location if I remember correctly!

Exceptional Eye Care Experience – Dr. Mimi Nguyen & Kim Hernandez Are a Dream Team!
This was my first visit to an eye care provider since my time in the Navy, and I honestly didn’t expect much. However, what I experienced at this location was far beyond anything I could have imagined. From start to finish, the staff demonstrated exceptional care, efficiency, and professionalism—especially Dr. Mimi Nguyen and Kim Hernandez.
Kim Hernandez, the sales advisor, was incredibly attentive and kind. I was searching for a particular Tom Ford eyeglass frame, and Kim noticed I was having trouble. She immediately offered her help, personally checked the entire inventory, and even coordinated with another location to secure the exact pair I was looking for. Her communication was warm, respectful, and genuinely caring.
Dr. Mimi Nguyen, the optometrist, was just as impressive. Before I even explained all of my symptoms, she had already diagnosed the issue and offered clear, compassionate guidance. Her bedside manner was both professional and nurturing. She gave me advice not just as a doctor, but as someone who truly cared about my well-being. I left her office feeling reassured, hopeful, and well taken care of.
As an insurance broker, I’m trained to read people—and I can confidently say that this team truly cares about their patients. They are not just providing a service; they are offering an experience rooted in empathy, integrity, and dedication.
I will be recommending this location to all my clients and colleagues across Florida. Thank you, Dr. Nguyen and Kim, for making my visit so memorable. Your passion and professionalism are deeply appreciated.
Very Respectfully,
Jimmy Ho

Wait time for my glasses to ship has now hit the over 20 day mark. They are painstakingly slooooow! Don't use them if you want the glasses within a month. Terrible customer service and terrible turnaround time.

I’m familiar with Lenacrafters, for what they charge, you’d figure they’d have a toilet but no, my friend suggested walking over to the Cheesecake Factory for me that turned an unpleasant experience into one that was worth it , Cheesecake factory is an awesome place plus their toilets are open for business!
