I placed my order on the 1st of april.
I received my order on THE 28TH OF APRIL.
CAN YOU EVEN IMAGINE?

I got no money back, no extra discount, and barely an apology - when they haven't even SHIPPED anything TWO WEEKS after order day, and proceeded to lie that "it will be sent tomorrow" after which it took THREE MORE DAYS.

and the box arrived VERY OBVIOUSLY pre-opened: ripped around the tabs on the sides. Also, no other protection- just that shitty paper box and immediately lenses inside. I'm very lucky that the lenses themselves arrived undamaged.

Worst scamming service ever.
I have been order for almost two weeks ago now it is the third week and they finally send it with an extra charge of 386 sek aprox. Extra fees and i already paid 550 sek and i want to refund it at first and they said i will get 20% refund bonus instead the took the advantage og fraud and charge med about 950 total for the lens espicillay emma who seems nice but it is a not so good at it never ever shop from here

My wife ordered (Order number 95427) lenses through this website paid around 50€ and it's been more than 9 days now and she yet to receive anything, she only received an email confirming the order, tried to contact Lensnow by mail and they yet to respond not even an automatic response is setup.

I ordered in October 2022 2 bottles of contact lens liquid. At the time the supplier had delivery problems which I was informed about. I asked to keep my order open until it can be delivered. I never got any delivery - but 2 weeks ago I got an invoice for that order! I asked what this invoice was for, I had an answer some days later that it was for an order "earlier this year". I asked for an order number, no answer. Via the invoice-company I found out the ordernr and realized that it was for the order of last year which I never received. It is not possible to get in touch with this company, my emails are unanswered.

Never received my order, and there is no way to track it. The payment has gone through, but I have not received any information about my order. It’s been over five weeks. I have contacted the company two times over the couple of weeks, without answer, even though the website states that they always answer within 24h.

Really unclear payment system- wanted to pay immediatly and thought I did - I went through a payment system and entered payment details. And then a month later I get a 'debt' collection bill!!!
