Great result...
Good service, glasses came back looking like new. I had the extra clean and service so very happy with the result. The new lenses are Transitions, total cost £130 great value considering Vision Express quoted £200.
My only slight criticism is the delivery time suggests just a couple of days for standard lenses with their fast track service - but they still took 7 days, 10 from post to delivery. Not a problem for me but if you're expecting fast it could be! Overall I'm very happy

We appreciate your feedback regarding the turnaround time. Just to clarify, our standard turnaround for single-vision clear ULTIMA lenses in stock is 1–3 working days with our priority service. However, the ULTIMA Transitions lenses you selected have a longer turnaround of 5–6 working days with priority service, as compared to our standard in-stock clear lenses.
We're pleased that the longer turnaround wasn't a problem on this occasion and, most importantly, that you're very happy with the finished glasses.

I had a really positive experience with Lensology
I had a really positive experience with Lensology. I took in my own frames along with my prescription to have the lenses fitted, and the whole process was so easy and straightforward.
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. I was served by Sunny, who was lovely and made me feel completely at ease. Nothing was too much trouble.
The price was fantastic too – I paid around half of what I would have expected to pay at either Boots or Specsavers, which made the experience even better.
I’m really pleased with the service, the finished glasses and the value for money. I would definitely recommend Lensology to anyone looking for friendly service, quality and great prices.

Exceptional Service. I’ve used Lensology on two occasions now. They deglazed my scratched Ray Bans and another pair. Both were total write offs. Their service was quick with informative emails along the way.

Great business, was cheaper than purchasing new prescription lenses. Plus it repurposed an old frame which I would have otherwise thrown away/recycled. New Lease of Life on Vintage Frames....
I'm torn between shouting about this company from the rooftops and gatekeeping them because they're so brilliant.... Got myself a long coveted pair of vintage YSL sunglasses. BUT the lenses were scratched. A little Google later and I ended up here, whole process was simple from start to finish and I now have the perfect giallo-inspired sunglasses with a fabulous gray gradient.
