I was very happy with the 15% discount on my first order, which made the price very competitive. However, I had no warranty card and no swing tag enclosed for whatever reason, it was promised to arrive two weeks later, for whatever reason.
It did arrive along with somebody else’s warranty card and swing tag, my swing tag didn’t arrive.
I got the impression that they have misplaced it. The swing tag has now arrived so everything is good.
Would highly recommend Leonard Dews, customer service is excellent, I wear my watch on a daily basis with a broad smile on my face, I think the price and customer service may have something to do with that.

The watch is well priced by Dew and a great mechanically hand wound piece. I asked for the delivery to be delayed by a few days and it arrived exactly as promised.
