Very Good Customer Service
I got a set of 8-Pack Low Voltage Pathway Lights and used 4 of them. They were working fine for the last five months. Last week, one of them stopped working suddenly. Wiring and connection checked, they are all fine and the rest 3 are working. So I contacted LeonLite for the warranty. Italia of Customer Rep. is so responsible after understanding my problem and sending me a replacement one in a week. Thanks!

Exemplary customer support!!
I reached out to the LeonLite website for support on a path light tat was not working. Italia asked me a few reasonable diagnostic questions and then, when it was determined that there was nothing I could do to repair the unit on my own, she speedily arranged for a replacement to be shipped. Great customer service!!!

Would be nice if LED lights lasted longer than 3 year warranty, one out of the three is still working. As this product is a complete changeout, Do you recycle the casings? I have 2 & haven’t put in trash yet. Thanks

I ordered 5 lights took about a week to get them. I was happy.4 of them work great 1 of them only one light works. We have sent a email to hopefully replace the one. There is no other way to contact office!

Need additional Assistans
Product and Service has been outstanding once again. The only issue I had this go around was the shipping portion of it. Which had nothing to do with the supplier.
