Purchased a Fellowes Shredder from Leo UK. Item was delivered promptly via their Courier, with full tracking provided. Although the Shredder was already boxed by the manufacturer it was packaged within another strong box ensuring that it arrived in good order. Very happy all around.

I ordered a Canon printer which was advertised at the best price I could find anywhere. Order was made on a Thursday afternoon, with next-day free delivery. It arrived safely packaged at 8.00am the next day - and I live quite rurally.

Items themselves were great, as described and at a good price, but what made this review worth five stars was that when the original order went missing in transit and I notified them of this they replaced the order immediately without any fuss or hassle.
Problems can happen in any transaction but it's how a company deals with it that proves their worth and I am very pleased with them.
