I received the wrong item with my…
I received the wrong item with my order, so I contacted customer service to tell them. They requested a photo, which I sent in a follow on email and I never heard from them again. I sent another email a few days later, again asking for a solution to this issue, and no response.

Hello, thank you very much for your order. This is actually very normal for tulle and nylon chiffon fabrics. You may have missed to read our CARE INSTRUCTION TIP: Many of DOLLY'S items are made of tulle and tulle needs to hang out and preferably formed by hand to get its final shape. This is normal for a tutu. When taking a DOLLY out of its packaging she first looks a bit wrinkled probably, but she will look at her best like on the images, when hung out for a while on a hanger. We love the beautiful presentation, detailed craftsmanship, gorgeous fabrics and unique whimsical designs. She’s been inspired to design her own fabrics and clothing in colorful drawings, it’s an amazing journey to watch her creativity unfold. For Cyprus it usually takes up to 8-10 working days to arrive but to your country there is a delay of about 7 extra working days due to less flights to your country. Your order left our country to Cyprus on the 13th. which is now 11 working days ago. Considering the announced delay on PostNl it is assumed to be normal. Lovely clothes but weird sizing
Lovely clothes but they are very slim and tall. Bought size 1-2 years but it’s more for a skinny 3-year old. My daughter is tall for her age, and they are still way too long for her so I just hope she might be able to wear the clothes in a year.

Not receive my order for one month
I placed my order on 5th August, it’s been almost one month. and I still did not receive any shipping information. I have already write two emails to them but haven’t get any response yet. I do not know where is my order now and what should I do for it.
Finally received by 8th September!
Thank you for reply me, and even though I didn’t receive any tracking information. The waiting time is killing me,but I still happy to receive them and get your response.
The dresses are pretty, but the size is not as I expected, the 1-2years dress looks like 3-4years. However, bigger is better then smaller.

As you know you placed your order during our summer closing since you also used our special discountcode which is only visible on the page informing you orders ship from August 19th. after our holiday. We shipped your order on August the 19th. and we informed by email the tracking number on that same day. Please check your spam folder, since emails might end up in there.
