If I could give Les Canebiers ZERO…

If I could give Les Canebiers ZERO stars I would!! Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Lazy lazy lazy people!! PLUS I received a notification from UPS that I had to pay the customs duties of $49 on top of a $200 dress with NO notification!! I will NEVER shop with them. BEWARE!!

From shopping in this store + online ordering

From shopping in this store, to ordering online the customer service is perfect. I mistakenly ordered duplicate colors and a wrong size. The WhatsApp communication quickly adjusted my order for me and sent the items I meant to order. Super helpful. The bikinis are of great quality , super cute and very flattering. I have been wearing them for a few years, and now through my 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy. Highly recommend, love Les Canebiers ❤️

This company is so bad

This company is so bad, it is absolutely unbelievable. I have ordered goods for more than £250. The company claimed to have delivered the goods, but my Concierge Team could not locate any delivery. Various attempts to get support from Les Canebiers remained unsuccessful. The worst customer service ever. I can only warn other potential buyers to order anything from this company.

I placed an order through their online…

I placed an order through their online website to London. I had the worst experience with Les canebiers . Not only did my order get lost but it also took them 10 working days to know what the issue is after contacting them so many times. Moreover , I didn’t want my order anymore due to severe delay of package therefore I asked for a refund ,the guy responsible for this issue kept delaying the process and didn’t even answer my texts. He would leave me on read the whole time this is where I decided to contact my bank to return back the 240 euros . The worst service everrr I do not recommend anyone to purchase their goods . When you pay 240 euros for a single swimsuit with shipping you expect the store to provide you with the best service . Such a disappointment !!!!!!!!! This company is fraud

Never shop here online!!

This is still a complete joke! I have ordered 6 months ago - and they still have not delivered my products! I have sent them 8 mails with 1 response! Furhtermore they charged me for delivery, even though the website said free delivery when purchasing for my amount!

I have now been in touch with my solicitor, as they have taken my funds and not delivered - or responding to my many emails!!

This is unbelievable!

Where are the two last pairs?? Stil, have not received one of the two I ordered, and neither the free of charge one??

I am sorry to say, that I have never experienced more dissatisfactory service - not even a reopens to all my mails..

Please note that this will have consequences, as you have also charged my account fully.

Nice products, hopeless delivery time!

Nice products, but totally hopeless when it comes to customer support and delivery time.
You can pay 69 euro for express delivery with DHL but they still send it with normal Post, it takes 6-8 weeks to get the products. I tried 3 times and its the same problem every time, 6-8 week delivery.
