The latest email from LesFleurs assured me that they will give me 19$ credit towards my bill since their 7 day early delivery to my relative's anniversary was a mistake. As you see, I changed my rating (my account is accessible again!) from three to five stars... GUESS who has not yet accredited my cc with the 19$?
Remember, TRUST is what I addressed in the first critique... So far nothing has been done to regain mine.Thanks goodness for TRUSTPILOT!

The flowers and chocolate I ordered for my relatives in Europe were delivered one week early, but the quality of the gift was impeccable. Previous orders were fine.
Change: 10 31 19: After posting this note on Trustpilot LesFleurs contacted me immediately and we were able to iron out our discrepancies understanding the problem. THANKS to TRUSTPILOT and LESFLEURS' immediate response, Trust was restored which is one of the most difficult tasks in business and in life.

I ordered 100 red roses to Luxembourg

I ordered 100 red roses to Luxembourg. The delivery date was 'morgen' (morning). Now it changed to 'heute' (today). I queried about the time of delivery, but no response. This is not a serious business. Please avoid. I tried to call, but they simply hang up and do not pick up the phone. What a shame. What a bad experience.

I ordered flowers for my moms 70th…

I ordered flowers for my moms 70th birthday, the flowers arrived one day later. Huge dissapointment for me and the family. I contacted customer service via email and they never replied. I called them ans all lines were busy. I wrote them an email asking to be reimbursed but in their conditions it is written that: the guarantte for delivering on time is 95%. There is the 5% change of being delivered too late. I wouldn't order there again.

Flowers to Luxembourg great service

Flowers delivered to Luxembourg on the next day as stated. Recipients satisfied. Bouquet made beautifully and of the right size. Choosing and writing a greeting card online to go with the flowers is very convenient. Would use again, thank you!

Frustrating experience

Regretfully, I must say that I am really disappointed with this company - LesFleurs.ch. The first time I used it - a couple of months ago, everything went fine. The second time, though - on the 28th of February, 2019, things didn't go at all well. I was sending flowers to Paris and they were guaranteed to be delivered the same day. They were not. I sent two messages(!) to the company to know what happened and when was the delivery made, but they never replied - even to this day (11 March!). I was put in the embarrassing position to have to call the recipient a few days later to find out when were the orchids received. On top, I was never sent even the slightest apology from this company. This is unacceptable. Especially for the price they charged! They manage to transform a lovely thing into a frustrating experience. What a pity...

J' ai commandé les fleurs pour ma famille.
j'ai Choisi l'options avec le date 2 bouquets venu pas et les fleurs.ch a promis de envoyer les fleurs 9.03.19. Riens à venu. Mon surpris... mes bouquets pour la famille ... c'est une catastrophe! le plus horrible chose que rien est venu! C'est déjà 10.03 est ma famille a reçu rien. Pardonne-moi pour mon français mais je voudrais montrais que sa fait mal!!!!

I ordred 4 bouquets for my family members with the delivery date 8 03.19.
2 bouquets were delivered and 2 were delayed
Support members told me it will be delivered the next day, 9.03.19 ( ot was told me in the evening of 8 03) and offered me to cancel the order and to send me the refund. This is the silly offer as I was waiting the whole day that the flowers would be delivered and how can I cancel the order when its 10pm on the delivery place? My surprise was ruined!!! My loved one stayed without the bouquets!!! The worst thing that it was not delivered on 9.03 as well. It's an early morning of 10.03 and I am sitting here; crying how horrible this situation is. Systems shows that 1 bouquet is delivered and I had to ask the mother of my husband if she received. Nothing came and she said Thanks for the attention. LESFLEURS.CH you ruined not only the surprise but the relations as well. The 4th bouquet didn't come as well and it's just a pending in the system. Lesfleurs.ch you are great in taking money for the flowers but not in delivering the flowers.

Not even on Valentine's Day....

Not even on Valentine's Day they managed to deliver the flowers on time! after more than 5 unanswered mails and phone calls, they finally answered, "it can happen"
no - in my opinion it cannot happen on Valentine's day!

"the post office provides a 95% guarantee that deliveries will be made on the desired date, or the next day. If you wish to guarantee that your delivery arrives on the desired date, please choose a product delivered by a florist."

Beautiful flowers. Would rate this company 10 stars!

Beautiful flowers! Sent a bouquet, 1 candle and 1 card to my mum from London to Switzerland and when my mum received the package, she was absolutely amazed on how beautiful the flowers are and the quality of the candle. I recommend this company to anyone

Beautiful flowers

Beautiful flowers. One of my best friends lives in Zürich, and I live in the States. I've ordered flowers for her through LesFleurs.ch a few times now, and both times, she has loved what she received. I will continue to order through LesFleurs.ch in the future. Problemlos

I had to send flowers to someone in Intensive care and it was only at the end that the site mentioned it sends flowers through the post. I wasn’t sure if that would work.

But it did! I have 4/5 instead of 5/5 because I didn’t see the flowers.
