What an aggressive attitude Ewan has…

What an aggressive attitude Ewan has when taking to customers on the phone, i asked a simple question, trying to explain and all i got was I TOLD YOU 3 TIMES ALREADY, shouting at me down the phone, so i said thankyou then hung up. Then i called back and said to him, thats not how you talk to customers on the phone, then he slammed the phone down on me. Am a customer putting business his way and thats the treatment i received from Ewan, absolutely shocking attitude and behaviour, how many other customers have had this from Ewan.
