The price is right
The price is right! I do enjoy helping MOC creators by buying their products and instructions. I’ve bought from here couple of times but most recently ran into snags. LOTS of missing pieces from this build. However, the company is very responsive and trying to make things right which is appreciated. Can’t get angry about shipping time. Other brands can take the exact same amount of time depending upon where it is shipping from. Little patience required and worth it when it arrives. I’d buy from Letbricks again.

Awesome reproduction of thr tank car.
Am a retired railroader but am still interested in trains. Decided to try building steam engines and rail cars, so far have built a few. This tank car caught my eye, its reproduction is awesome so decided to add it to my train. The Co is great to deal with, I messed up a few parts and no trouble to get them replaced. After this build is done will look into adding another car. Thanks

A lot of missing pieces
A lot of missing pieces, to many to list here and a lot of extra pieces. Really didn't make sense. If we didn't have a collection of legos from previous builds there would have been no way of completing the towers.

Unbelievable delays. Untested designs.
Let me start by saying that 2 stars might be generous given my experience with Letbricks; that a 1-star review might be more accurate, but they were prompt in responding to emails and processing my refund so maybe that's worth something.
I ordered a kit that I wanted to review on my YouTube channel during their Black Friday sale, and when I saw that the order still had not shipped 2 MONTHS LATER, I canceled it. That's the short version of my experience.
But in the interest of making this review both informative to the customer and constructive to Letbricks, there are some details I should add:
- When I paid via PayPal, PayPal delayed the payment for a couple of days. This never happened to me before and I learned that PayPal sometimes does this with problematic businesses.
- Shortly after I placed my order, I discovered strong evidence that Letbricks does not test-build the designs they have before selling them as kits. This means that a customer could pay over a hundred dollars for a kit and end up with one that has major build issues or worse, is completely unbuildable.
When I initially found out, I was willing to say "Oh well" and risk receiving such a kit but after two whole months without even getting a shipping notice, I was motivated to just cancel the order altogether.
Selling untested designs as kits is inexcusable for a company. And offering hundreds of them for sale with steep discounts during the holiday season; Is it any wonder that they can't keep up with orders? If Letbricks wants to improve as a company, they need to direct their quality control team to test-build their designs and be more up-front with customers about major shipping delays until they can hire enough personnel to handle orders.

As you suggested, we need more hands to handle the essential work.
1. Regarding the situation where your Paypal payment is manually reviewed, please allow me to explain. This is not because our account is at risk, but it is related to your payment method. Did you pay by electronic check? Furthermore, many failed payment orders in our PayPal account are related to the payer, including IP, whether the account is authenticated, etc.
2. Our kits are not sold without testing. We have our own brick builder, whose job is to build the bricks and perform structural verification, and many of the designer's models have been verified by the designer. Just because there are too many MOCs, our building block builders have limited time, but we have been carrying out structural inspections.
3. You have contacted our customer service email many times, and you know that we will not avoid problems. If there is a problem with the structure or parts are missing, we will definitely compensate or refund, and will immediately arrange for a building block builder to optimize the structure.
4. Regarding the notice of logistics delay, I really couldn’t do it properly, because I didn’t expect it to be delayed for so long. This is related to our lack of staff. I have already reported this issue to my leader, and we will recruit new quality personnel. Inspector, in the future we will increase the speed of order processing and quality inspection.

I ordered the Big Boy because ot was available in the US and in stock. It wasn't in the US and that took time to get. The USB wasn't in the box, it was replaced with a QR code. The kit was missing several parts and some parts were broken. You need to be experienced to build these sets, or you'll really hate your purchases.
