Cameron was very helpful. He was efficient and answered all my questions in a professional manner, which I really appreciated. For me personally, he was slightly pushy, but once we had decided to go with a different property, he didn't try to convince us otherwise. If you read the reviews for this company first and know what to expect, you'll likely have a good experience. Being aware that they are dealing with investors and therefore have a business-minded approach will ensure you go into it with the right frame of mind.

Ok communication but when I called I was told they had an offer for £20k above the advertised price although the property was reduced on that day and the advert hasn’t been updated to say an offer is on the table. That call was 2 weeks ago … make of that what you will. Then, I had continuous follow up calls asking for feedback on trust pilot because the person who told me the property was £20k plus (Alexander) is up for promotion…

Please avoid using this company, they lie to get you to sign up, I'm naming Nathan Allcock who once signed up has not answered an email or call and left it to whoever who are just as useless. They claim to have a huge list of buyers looking to buy rented property, in short they just advertise as any other estate agent, they list at a lower price than what was discussed and drop the price further without consulting you, they are terrible at answering the phone or returning calls, most estate agents are bad but these are the bottom of the barrel, please please stay clear of them
(I wrote this review originally 13/06/2026 but they persuaded me to remove on the promise they would do better, they haven't)

For clarity, once a client has completed the initial sign-up process, they are assigned a dedicated Account Manager who becomes their primary point of contact throughout the marketing of their property. This is to ensure there is a single individual who can provide updates on buyer interest, feedback, and the progress of the sale.
Whilst we utilise the same major property portals as traditional estate agents, our service also includes marketing properties directly to our database and investor forum, comprising tens of thousands of investors whose property requirements are matched against suitable opportunities.
Unfortunately, where there is limited or no interest from both the wider market and our investor network, this is generally indicative of either the property's appeal to buyers or the asking price relative to current market conditions. In such circumstances, we can only provide recommendations based on the feedback and activity we receive, but the decision to amend the asking price always remains with the vendor.
We have also reviewed your file and can see that communication was maintained throughout the marketing process, and we have found no evidence of prolonged delays in responding to your enquiries.
We are disappointed that your experience has left you with this impression and wish you every success with the future sale of your property.
